Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Ilala

Our stay was delightful. The apartment is in a good location, has a secure environment, and has impressive architecture. It was well-maintained, elegantly furnished, and equipped with top-notch amenities. We found a pleasant, friendly and attentive staff. Host Alex provided exceptional support, making the experience feel like home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and had fun learning some Swahili! 😊

The place is splendid very secure with a great In-service. And locate close to Barra Beach. It was nice meeting ans build friendship with the masaï gaterman. :)

We loved staying at Gimstone's place. It's located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Dar es Salaam. We felt right at home right away. The building has great amenities, and it's a great community for children. It's also close to schools, beaches, malls, hospitals, and all things you need for a comfortable long term stay. We stayed for several months and loved our stay. Any issue we encountered was resolved once we brought it up. Will be staying here again when in Dar es Salaam.

Everything was perfect and very nice. We loved the house. Spacious, friendly people. Security 24 hrs security are there. Everything was perfect just one thing not sure about it. They let me pay 200,000 electricity. My family lives in Dar and they said 200,000 is enough for 2 months. In the description says electricity fees not exceeding 80,000 maybe for coupled of days. Just be careful regarding this thing or go and pay by your self better.

Ray’s villa is beautiful. It is a beautiful stand alone villa that has security and privacy. The property is very well put together, with a garden and plenty of outdoor seating with scenic views. Halima and Ray are very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay!

Angelina is a very welcoming host and helped us to organize our following trip to Arusha. She can recommend some local food spots nearby and even drove us herself to one of those. For people who need to spend a night in the area of Dar I can recommend this housing very much.

It is a great place to stay with family. It is a gated community, so we felt safe at all times. The outdoor seating is nice, and the backup generator helped a lot.
