I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Dar Es Salaam! The host was exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my visit. The property was spotless, secure, and even better than described, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect—peaceful yet conveniently close to everything I needed. I truly appreciated the host’s local recommendations and quick responses to any questions. This stay made my trip unforgettable, and I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

During my stay, I found the accommodation to be excellent value for money. The host was responsive and ensured my safety. Benon, in particular, was very helpful in setting up transportation using Uber and bolt and also provided advice on where to tour while in the city. The privacy was great cause Ben was always at work. The plunge pool was a convenient amenity for relaxing in the evenings, especially given the hot weather in Dar es Salaam. However, I did notice that the kitchen cabinets could use some renovation. Additionally, theres a generator but loud when in use. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.” 😊

We had a great stay at Anouk’s place! We got to share apartment with Anouk and her fantastic kids who were very welcoming and used to Airbnb guests. No problems at all regarding communication or “living together”-factors such as cleaning etc. Anouk helped us a lot, gave recommendations were to go for restaurants/weekends and even invited us to dinner with her friends. She did much more than what is expected of an Airbnb-host, an example of how warm and kind she is as a person. We highly recommend staying with Anouk in her fantastic apartment!

This is by far one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in during my travels on the continent. I initially booked for 4 nights but extended my stay to 6 due to the awesome experience. The place is really cozy and feed right at home. They provide you with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including toothbrush for quests. The washing machine came in handy for a hot Dar weather that soaks your clothes with sweat everyday, and the high pressure shower made it easy to freshen up after basking in the hot sun. The host is very response and was always there to assist. The neighbourhood looked very safe and not very from many things the city had to offer. I’ll definitely stay again next time I come to Dar.

I really enjoyed my stay at the airbnb. Caroline was such a great host, she was very quick to respond and regularly checked in to see whether everything was okay. The place is located in a prime location and close to the city, so commuting was very easy. The airbnb is also very clean with very fast internet, and it is as shown on the pictures. I would highly recommend the place to anyone who is visiting Dar es Salaam.

If you really wan't a wealth warm welcome in Tanzanian capital city of Dar Esalam please visit his place. The hospitality is world class, the meals and the rooms are all fabulous. we enjoyed our stay there. The host is fluent in English and eloquent. He is as well conversant with the Tanzanian history.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Peaceful and lovely environment. 5 minutes drive to the Mall. Public transport is readily available. The place is very secure and serene. Philip has been super helpful, always responsive. 😊. I highly recommend the place.

Ai and her staff are very kind people,we checked in around 2am still we found the caretaker and watchman waiting for us .The space in the house is what we were looking forward and privacy ,we got it all .Ai is very calm and quicker to respond any question .I will choose Ai apartment over and over again .Thank you once again Ai

Andrew was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. The WiFi signal was very strong and it’s internet super fast. The water heater was working fine and the air conditioning was working as well. The house was very clean and well stocked from the kitchen to the washrooms. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would definetly stay here again!

Our stay at Yayo’s was great. The space is very spacious and the location is very convenient to the Ferry which we took to Zanzibar upon departure. There was confusion upon arrival on how to get into the unit, but Yayo was quick to respond and remedy the situation. We would definitely recommend this space for a trip to downtown DAR!
