5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

You will immediately feel comfortable in this well-kept room with separate access and private shower/toilet. In an old horse stable from 1903, was stylishly remodeled by Rudolf Olgiati. Ilanz is the starting point to numerous attractions! ********** You will immediately feel at home in this cosy studio in the heart of Ilanz. Beautiful cozy and bright apartment in the Grisons mountains. Ideally suited for ski holidays as well as a good starting point for hiking trips & bike tours or to relax in the green idyll from everyday stress. Beautiful 2 room apartment in Flims

Nice cozy 2 room apartment in quiet yet central location. In a few minutes, you are at the Flims cable cars. The turquoise blue Caumasee also invites you to take a walk. The small but nice apartment is well equipped, so there is nothing missing. Starting December 1, 2018, a storage facility for skis and snowboards will be available for our guests directly at the Flims cable cars.

Three and a half-room holiday apartment, quiet location at golf course, 7 minutes drive from the valley station of the Flims-Laax Alpine Arena with 220 km of ski slopes (free ski bus). 3 minutes walk to the village shop, 5 minutes to the cross-country ski trail . In summer very nice hiking and biking area with cozy swimming lakes.
