Self contained ground floor annex to owners home in quiet rural village. Close to Northumberland National Park and coastline. Comfortable open plan living room space with well equipped kitchen. Separate double bedroom with ensuite wet room and toilet. Free WiFi, TV with DVD player. Central heating. Washing machine with airing cupboard for drying. Off street parking. Outside patio and garden space with beautiful open farmland views. Great place to use as a centre to explore our wonderful county.

Delightful shepherd's hut at a Victorian station

We offer a very warm welcome to the Old Railway Station, in a beautiful part of Northumberland, nestled between the coast and the hills. The accommodation is in a delightful shepherd's hut, fondly known as Bluebell. There are 'welcoming goodies', including locally made biscuits and fresh, home-laid eggs! We also provide some milk, tea, coffee & hot chocolate to assist your self catering. There is a well stocked shop just 5 minutes drive away and many highly regarded places to eat in the area.

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

The Humble Hut

The Humble Hut is cosy with everything you need to feel at home. On warm days, open the top dutch door and let the air flow through and when its cold its great to snuggle up by the fire. Outside there is a private area that is ideal for sunbathing or having lunch or a glass of wine. There is seating around the hut so what ever time of day you can find a place to sit in the sun and admire the stunning views. At night if the sky is clear you can star gaze as we are in a dark sky area.

A lovely 18th century building, one of the oldest properties in Belford, that has a coffee shop below. In a friendly village only 5 miles from picturesque Bamburgh. Belford has pubs, restaurants, play parks, shops, chemist etc Very central for all attractions in Northumberland only half hour and you’re in Scotland. Near the coast with all its castles and beaches, and only 12 miles from Holy Island. Alnwick is only 14 miles away with the amazing castle and Gardens, also Barter Books.

An attractive 2 bedroom barn conversion, mainly on one level, with views across the Northumberland National Park. Enjoying a tranquil, rural position, surrounded by stunning countryside, this is an idyllic spot to rest and refresh. Brilliant for walkers and cyclists (on the Sandstone Way cycle route) and a great base for exploring wonderful Northumberland. Located within the "International Dark Sky Park" it is a fantastic place to stargaze, with specialist equipment provided.

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

The Annex in Belford, Small place with a big heart

The Annex is a 260yr old listed building originally a small hay barn, recently renovated to a high standard that provides our guests with a comfortable stay with light breakfast included and is perfect for that well deserved break. Please note this is adults only. Because of size of Annex. WE CANT ACCEPT LARGE DOGS. unfortunately there isn’t enough room.
