☀️Beautiful facing sea...Favorite☀️

Very nice apartment ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. In front of the sea with large southwest facing balcony. 2nd floor without access. Fully equipped kitchen where you can find everything you might need. A very nice bathroom with an Italian shower. On the sleeping side, I chose a high-end BZ that ensures a comfortable bed and a comfortable 2-seater bed on the side of the night space. Direct Access to Beach with no road to cross. Close to nautical base,thalassotherapy, golf.

You will be charmed. Feet in the water in a few minutes. The croissants in the city center waking up after a few steps. A peaceful setting for a perfect relaxation. Moments of rest or leisure, the forest and the beautiful bike paths of Vendee await you at the end of the street. The boat or helicopter to Yeu Island or Noirmoutier Island is nearby. With friends, family, enjoy every moment for your moments of pleasure. Hurry up, our coastline is beautiful.

l 'Exotique : Ideal for a couple, this beautiful apartment of 40m2 on the ground floor is just renovated. It is located in an exceptional setting in the middle of pines and sandy beach accessible (200m) by a path through dunes. Enjoy your stay with your feet in the water but far from the crowd! Relax in this home close to nature listening to the sound of the waves. From 9.07 to 26.08 reservation is the week from Saturday to Saturday. No pets allowed.

Completed in May 2021, it is ideally located in the Bois Soret district, quiet in a cul-de-sac, 1.3 km from the beaches by the forest path and bike paths (7 minutes by bike and 15 minutes on foot) and 1.6 km from the city center and its shops.
