House holiday rentals in Ilocos Norte

It was a great experience we had in emma's place...rooms are exactly what u see in their post at the same time their garden is wide with nice big swimming pool at the back...we just lack of time to enjoy their pool area...surely i recommend this place...breakfast is also good same as their caretaker who are very approachable...

CASA was the only place we found where we could find a place big enough for my family to have a vacation and also a central place in Ilocos for me to do some work. My agenda was to visit weavers in Paoay and also blend it with a family vacation so we can celebrate my eldest daughter's birthday. The place was beautiful and has good views of rice fields which was exactly what I was looking for. Being that it is in the middle of fields, the air was so fresh all of us slept so well the whole time we were there. It was a little challenging to share 1 bathroom among 8 people including 2 kids and they had to open up the upstairs bathroom which wasn't very friendly with 2 seniors that we were traveling with. Other than that, all last minute needs we had were met and the staff who was on site were so helpful. I highly recommend this place.

A beautiful villa; we enjoyed our stay. Wish we were able to stay longer.

Salamat Harold!! I booked the house and one nipa hut for an overnight stay with my family (12 people) and it was such a pleasant stay! Harold and the staff were really flexible with check-in and check-out. The view was beautiful and the location was great - minutes away from the windmills. The free breakfast was a nice bonus! It was a little bit windy the night that we stayed here, so it was a bit loud - but overall, a wonderful experience. Hope to come back soon!

Booked Casa for my Family and they had a great stay! The Host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely book the place again :)

Jane and Phil were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to provide everything we needed, along with helpful information about the area. Their home was not only spotless but also beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The place is very peaceful and homey. The yard reminds me of my childhood at my Ilocano grandparents’ home. It doesn’t feel one bit as if you’re renting — it feels as if you’re at home and you just own the place. Laoag is a big and pretty busy city, so staying in Konee’s place gives you a starkly contrasting peaceful atmosphere while still remaining close to the city center.

I loved the place I felt at home. The host was very welcoming since the start and remained very responsive throughout the stay. The place is clean and quiet. Very accessible and close to the city center. I enjoyed staying here for my laoag vacation. I would recommend this bnb to everyone visiting the laoag city.

Upon arrival Joy(Caretaker) had been very helpful in finding the place, explained everything well. The place was very spacious and clean, almost everything we needed from fridge, rice cooker, microwave, karaoke etc were included in the place. I would definitely recommend the place if you were in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay. I booked Lani and Jonathan's property very last minute, just a few hours before arriving, for a large family stay (16 people). Jonathan was at the front of the property to welcome us. I am writing this review in the Philippines, from Toronto, Canada, visiting family. Lina and Jonathan treated all of us like extended family. I made a few requests for a few things (a fan, extra toilet paper, more towels) and everything was provided within minutes. I have zero complaints. Very clean property and the A/C was so refreshing. Thank you Lina and Jonathan for your hospitality. You folks really put your heart into the property and hosting guests. It's very evident. If/when I'm back in Laoag I would definitely stay here again without hesitating.

The place was great! Very spacious home with, the rooms were big, living room and dining area had plenty of space to move around as well. Ms. Genevie was helpful and proactive. Had to add pets at the very last minute but she was accomodating. Just a little note though, the road to get in is a bit narrow so do not bring vehicles that are too big. We used an Avanza and it was just right to get in the gate, anything bigger might need some pro maneuvering. Other than that, the place was awesome!
