thank you for hosting us during our son's 7th bday, despite the weather condition and brownouts we had wonderful time the home felt very homy I really envy your home the surroundings plus the wide room and furniture suits a family with inclusive privacy for each guest! we hope to booked your place again!

Our group had booked this place thrice already and we always feel at home everytime we are here. The caretaker and the owner always make ensure that we will all feel comfortable during our stay.

This is our 3rd time to stay here, and quality of the house and service has always been maintained (improved, even). Will be back.

Had encounter issue on water when we arrived but was immediately solve. The place is hilly and needs an expert driver. And overall, the place is good

The house is so clean and fresh smelling particularly the linens and pillows. My mom, who is sensitive to everything loves the place and my daughter, before leaving said “goodbye beautiful Baguio house” Our short weekend in Baguio became memorable and refreshing to everybody because of where we stayed.. Thank you.

The place is same as what is listed. It is clean and spacious and easy to be located. Commuting is no problem as you can easily get a taxi along highway. No need for fan as it is already very cold especially at night. The wifi is fast but just within the living room and dining/ kitchen area. There's weak to no wifi at all when you already inside the bedroom. Other than that everything is great. Thank you!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb during our Hundred Islands tour in Pangasinan. The location near the Wharf was perfect, especially for our group that included two senior citizens, a baby, and a pregnant woman. The spacious accommodation was not only comfortable but also very tourist-friendly. Although we opted not to bring our dogs due to the long travel, the host's friendliness and attention to our every need truly made our stay memorable. It was only a few mins walk from the Wharf and the rooms are more than enough for our already big group. The host assisted us all the way, and gave us ample time to prepare. We appreciate the hospitality and highly recommend this place to fellow travellers. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our family had fun at Oceana Villa 1! Our stay was as comfy as possible. The price we paid for was really worth it. The beach was a walk away, although the waves are best suited for surfing. We are looking forward to our next stay here. The hosts are very helpful and are approachable. Thank you Ma'am Malou and company! :)

Its a nice place to stay .. Quite and easy to access and the caretaker Maricel and Marilou easy to communicate and friendly for sure I will recommend it to my family and friends @VillaMarikit

We stayed her for a weekend, to celebrate my mother-inlaws birthday. Friendly host and workers that made us feel welcomed and home. Clean and well equipped fasility. Great looking garden that has been taken well cared for, perfect for pictures. the pool is a great asset when gathering outside, even in the evening. Reccomend for a family weekend and different occations.

Thank you Ron and Nat for being a great host. Both are very responsive and accommodating. They were able to help us check in earlier for my Lola. 🙂 House is very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the sunrise views every morning! My kids loved the heated pool too. Thanks again, we will recommend your home to our friends and families.

Love the place and location! Not near any supermarket but they have several sari sari stores around the area, they also have a pool you can swim at if you don’t want to go to the beach. They accommodated us with our request of late check out as well! Place was spacious and quiet, and when it came to our requests, they would immediately attend to us. Place is 10 minute tricycle ride away from San Juan Beach but there are tricycles passing by. Recommend this place!! Definitely will book again if planning to come back to LU.

The place is nice. If prefer nyo is a place na private and peaceful, then I recommend this villa. Some of the tourist spots in Vigan are accessible by car. Na- enjoy nmin yung stay namin sa villa especially the kids, they wanted to stay longer pero may pasok na sila kaya kelangan na umuwi. The owner is very responsive sa mga queries and the staff na nagwelcome samin is friendly and accommodating. This place is highly recommended.

Makoko Sa Bay Bay would be the top of my list. Our family had an amazing time I can’t say enough about this amazing property and the caretakers who manage it. One of my most memorable stays. We will no doubt be back again. This villa is a 5 star winner. FYI I’ve read a few comments about the market being 40 minutes away. We had no problem getting fish and produce locally only 5-10 minutes.

A very cozy and private place that i didn’t think i’d find very near famous spots in San Juan. It has everything a family or small group of friends will need for a restful and fun vacation. Everything was clean and the place smelled so good. The pool is pretty especially at night when the lights turn on. It is so worth the price you pay. We really didn’t need to go out 😅 but if you choose to, that really wont be a problem coz it’s a few steps from the main road and very accessible. Host was very accommodating and helpful as well 🥰❤️❤️❤️ Thanks again and till next time ☺️❤️❤️❤️

Could accommodate multiple people and is very spacious. The linen provided as well definitely felt washed and clean ❤️ Host is extra nice and very responsive. We felt very safe and assured. He is approachable and can be easily accessed for whatever needs we may have. I love how everywhere you go it was nice and cool as there was air conditioning through out the home. Would love to stay again at a lesser hectic time as we were not able to appreciate the places near the Airbnb that much. Loved the host’s restaurant recommendations tho. The location of T House is private and is very near the beach. The place itself is very nice, so nice that we felt right at home. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The turtle sanctuary nearby was a bonus since we got to see them release of baby turtles, and for us, it was a memorable experience. There are lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby the place . We will definitely come back to stay at T house next time we visit la union

Chose this listing mainly to relax, and the place was indeed peaceful. When the day is foggy, you can just unwind in the veranda with a view. Moldex Residences is beside the main road and about 5 to 10 minutes ride to the center of Baguio. Easily accessible but not quite walkable. A great balance of peacefulness, accessibility, and price. Host was friendly and easy to talk too as well.

We stayed in this place for 1 night to visit our family in Vigan. The hosts are very nice, they keep on checking on us if we needed anything. The place is very affordable since there are 10 of us staying, compared if we stayed in a hotel. The house is clean and beds are comfortable. It’s maybe 10min away from the city proper. The area is very quiet and safe.. I will definitely stay again in their place if i come back in Vigan

The host was very responsive and friendly from inquiry on accomodation up to check out. Over all stay in the unit was ok, though medyo maingay lang kapag my nadaang sasakyan sa gabi, but was fine. Walking distance lng din sa session road which is accesible sa mga sakayan sa mga tourist destination, sa mga fastfood resto, and also sa terminal ng bus sobrang lapit lang para sa mga walang car. Will try to book this unit again if makabalik ulit ng baguio. And recommend this as well sa mga friends ko.
