Holiday rentals with a patio in Imperia

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We stayed at the apartment for a month and found it to be ideal. The location is perfect for exploring the local area. The train station is just a few minutes walk away as is the Promenade des Anglais and the old town of Nice. There are numerous bars, restaurants and small shops in the area. With any luck we'll be back again next year.

Arriving in Nice very tired having Susanna help me with train information was everything. Need to remember the Ventimiglia Train is the train you need to get to Menton Caravan.. scnf app. Fabulous apartment perfect location and everything you needed. Just knowing Susanna would answer the phone makes all the difference. Having her husband check us in and check it out took the stress out of all of that! Absolutely fantastic thank you so much!!!

We stayed in Nicolò's beautiful house from August 4 to 18, me, my wife and our 2 children aged 8 and 9. We had a great time. We took great advantage of the opportunity to eat outdoors and the comfortable pool of the residence. We've never had any parking issues The sea can be reached by car in minutes by car.

We had a magical stay at Remario's ARBNB, in Quartier des Musiciens. The clean and bright apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony both day and night! Having aircon and a washer/dryer in unit, was a welcome convenience. Location cannot be beat, with access to the train, tram, museums, promenade, and cafes at your fingertips. Remario and Sylvia were fantastic hosts and went beyond to ensure a successful experience. We long to return soon! Merci beaucoup.

My absolute future dream house! Adrien was absolutely nice and welcoming, perfect and clear instructions to ensure me and my friend check in fluently. The house is even better than the picture, especially the dc player and a whole collection of phonos, undoubtedly amazing, bringing the vibe of home.

Jesper is a great host. The apartment is also super wow, excellent. I went to the grand prize in Monaco, the prices are high overall in this week, the only small problem I had was finding the apartment and the stairs towards it. Jesper is always willing to help and pass you information for an amazing stay! Thank you so much for everything Jesper. See you soon…!

It was our first visit to Nice so we really didn’t know which location would be best with a 4 year old. Gisele’s place was really great for us. Near the old city, walkable to restaurants and parks. We even could find parking spots near the apartment. The flat itself was great. Spacious, clean and comfortable. We really had everything we needed, we used the washing machine as well :) Gisele was also a very responsive host. She gave us great tips as well. Overall we would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice house, surrounded by greenery. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Diego has always been punctual and accurate in his communications and available for any type of info. Simply put, everything is perfect!

We had beautiful days and the terrace with the view we enjoyed very much in sunny warm temperatures. We would book this apartment again at any time.

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

We had a great stay at Laurie's apartment. The place is clean, well equipped and perfectly located. The sea view terrace is a real plus, ideal for enjoying meals or just relaxing. Although we did not meet Laurie in person, she was very available and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'll be happy to go back!

Matteo is a remarkable, attentive and caring hotel. The accommodation is impeccable, clean and very optimized. Its location is just sublime, we will come back in summer to test the study terrace at the entrance, overlooking the river. I recommend it without hesitation.

You have to take the steep slope into account to get to the apartment, but once there; great! Contact with Lorenzo was great; quick response and super nice tips. We enjoyed the lovely balcony with beautiful views and Lorenzo's tips for in San Remo!

the apartment is very nice with excellent interior spaces, furnished with care and with great outdoor space that can also be enjoyed in February at certain times. We were in Sanremo for work for the festival and the property was really comfortable for the work we had to do. Federico was very nice and helpful. We'll definitely be back

Beautiful location right on the promenade. Across the street from beach. Easy walk to Old City, used Uber to get to some museums and bikes to get out of city. Space is bright and airy. Back bedroom is quiet and great for sleeping.

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vytas' place near Eze, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. We would give Alexandre and Patricia more stars, if we could. They were the perfect hosts during our 3 month stay in Nice. The apartment was exactly as described and even more speculator! They thought of everything, including coffee and juice and even snacks. Because we were staying three months, Patricia help arrange for someone to do our laundry, which was a wonderful connivence. The apartment itself is just as described, and was very comfortable for the two of us. It is just the kind of apartment we would want to stay in, wherever we travel. The bed was very comfortable and had two different kinds of pillows to choose from. As for the balcony! Wow, I felt like we had the most spacious, beautiful balcony in all of Nice; and the view is "out of this world". We spent many an afternoon and evening just enjoying the view of the city. I hope that we are able to enjoy Alexandre's apartment again!

We had a fabulous few days at Chiara’s apartment. It was easy to find, with clear instructions. The large terrace with plenty of space to relax is excellent and the views are gorgeous. There is plenty to do in the area, with lots of lovely beaches and cafes. Was lovely to come home to a cool calm apartment with very comfortable beds at the end of the day
