This house was incredible. Helene was fantastic, when we pulled in she came out and walked us through the residence. It is so spacious. There were only 3 of us, we could have brought many more friends and would not have been on top of each other. The views of the mountains are just awe inspiring. I would find myself standing in the window or o. The porch just staring. The house is so clean and ready for us to move in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook some amazing meals for everyone in the neighborhood. Helene was very responsive, well before our trip. Helped us with ski rentals, lift tickets. Once we were there she pointed us to a local bakery, and best of all, the shortcut to cross the river. This was an incredible holiday, and I am so glad we stayed here. If we are able to return I will definitely try to book with Helene again.

Very qualitative and nice located accommodation friendly owner

We are family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had a great vacation, skiing in Sölden and Obergurgl. It was a cozy, spacious, fully equipped and well located apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and with a great river and mountain view from its living room. In the basement there was a room with ski racks and boot dryers, which we found very useful. If you have an electric car, there is a charger 200 meters down the street the house is located at. During our stay it was occupied almost always, so we charged our car in Sölden next to the gondola lifts.

Good location, vanuir Oetz can go everywhere. At the end of every afternoon, Petra came to water the flowers. And always in for a chat. great. Recommended

Very nice house and clean

What a great house this is! We enjoyed! Lovely house, everything you need is there, beautiful garden and surroundings. Furthermore, our host helped us very well when it turned out that we had to go to the hospital unexpectedly. For which our big thank you🙏! You are about 40 minutes from Kühtai, where a great ski slope awaits you. More for the already somewhat experienced skiers. In short: this house, the beautiful surroundings and the incredible kindness of Kristin, makes this a place where we would like to come back.

Really beautiful place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Only a 30 minute drive to Sölden and tucked away. I love the space and the comfort level.

Very good location. The ski bus stops right outside the front door.

Beautiful, well equipped and clean place. Great view and minutes walk to the busstop for transfer to the slopes. Our stay was excellent.

Kathrin's chalet is very comfortable. It stretches over two levels. Downstairs is a dining table, an open kitchen and a couch with a small table overlooking the TV. There is also a guest toilet downstairs. On the upper level is the bedroom and bathroom. The bed, with very good mattress, is in the corner of the upper floor and is therefore only accessible from one side. There is also only one reading lamp by the bed. The bathroom is very nice and was super clean. There is also enough storage space. Overall, the chalet is cozy, and you feel at home. Very convenient is also a covered parking space available directly at the house. Katrin's father is very friendly and provided us with useful tips.

It was just great from start to finish. Everything worked out, even the weather. We will definitely go back. I can only recommend it:-)

Daniela was an incredible host. The cabin is incredibly warm and inviting. The location is amazing with ski in ski out. The saunas are incredible! Highly recommend
