The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. However, the bathroom could be better taken care of. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and would recommend the property, especially for the incredible view.

I was in Jefferson's apartment and had an impeccable top AP weekend with all amenity, standing in the sand as described and in the photos and close to bars, restaurants, market, pharmacy, PA of Unimed etc. Everything next car can be good in the parking lot of the building. Jefferson always ready to respond when we asked to respond with great calmness and well educated clarity, also the concierge staff of the building always willing to help and well educated also was a ball show, they can rent that they will not regret 😉👍🏾

I cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience in this apartment. From the first contact with the administrator and the cleaning staff until the time of Check-out, everything was very simple and quiet. The apartment is located in an easy access location. It is very close to the beach, as well as restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, cafes, leisure spaces in general. The interior is elegant and impeccably clean. There is air conditioning in the whole property that helps a lot in hot days. I highly recommend this accommodation to any traveler in search of comfort and exceptional hospitality!

The stay was great!! Manuela was very helpful from the beginning, with the initial guidelines on the location of the apartment, to the finals, on the rules of check-out. As for the location, it is excellent, on the beach avenue, close to the supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is great, super spacious, clean and with all the necessary utensils, including cart, chairs and beach cooler. The Tbm condominium is excellent, helpful and very educated staff, spacious and clean common areas. Super recommend and we intend to return next year.

Comfortable apartment as described in the listing, all very clean and organized. Great location, bars and restaurants next to the condominium. The Host always asking questions and always polite. I and my family loved the stay.

I received a fondness as soon as I arrived! I stayed for a few days in the accommodation, the photos are loyal, everything I needed was there, mattress and pillows great! Shower all good! Nearby there are markets cellars restaurants bakery and even if you like fair pastel there is one less one block on Friday. All very well sanitized and still has a very good "smell"! Host Eunice from the first moment always available, with immediate feedback (helped me on a personal matter) Just gratitude! Roberta was the one who welcomed me very attentive and committed a sweet person! I am grateful! I forgot to comment that the condominium is organized under 24 hours surveillance. The cherry of the accommodation is vc at any time you can see and hear the sound of the "Sea" Back soon!

the apartment is exactly as in the photo... very organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped, comfortable beds. The entrance was simple for checking in at the concierge. The beach is not far and well worth it. Only the main bathroom toilet that was not coming out of water, but did not disturb us since it was not the only bathroom. Anyway, we loved the stay and we would definitely come back more often

Casa mto cozy for a couple, has necessary and well clean. Easy access to markets and restaurants. Edmundo and his wife always at your disposal. I highly recommend.

Big and beautiful house with beds a send space for everyone! The pool & bbq area is awesome as well! The neighborhood is great with stores abs lots to do!

I stayed for 10 days at home, needed time and tranquility to work. Balcony enclosed with glass, has a very cool landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Site easy plan walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Estadia very close to the beach everything working and the kitchen was well equipped. I really enjoyed the flexible check in (I live far and I have a small child, I need to travel at night) and beach service was one of the best I've ever seen in Riviera.

Very well located! Fully air-conditioned apartment that makes total difference and very spacious. It just needs attention to the sofa (which could be higher due to the availability of space on the wall and because it is already a little spent) and the second bedroom mattress that is totally without conditions of use, sinking and very soft. Easy details to solve! But we will return without a doubt! Very attentive and polite Marcelo, it was well worth it.
