Holiday rentals in Independence

We enjoyed a wonderful few nights stay at this beautiful, spacious and convenient condo. Perfect for families! Check in was so easy! The amazing mountain views are especially nice on the top floor offering lots of natural light and views of the pool. The property has everything you need and is immaculately clean! The updated bathrooms and kitchen are luxurious and we loved having bathrobes to enjoy the hot tub. We've stayed in other condos in the Village and this one is by far the best. Location was ideal, great for dining out and using the gondola to ski! We really appreciated the owner's ski locker located in the parking garage -that was a nice perk. David was very responsive with all communication and we will definitely look to return next season!

We loved our stay! It was great set up for our family, clean, comfy and relaxing! Highly recommend. Will def book again next time we come to mammoth! So helpful and kind host too.

We had a great stay in Mammoth! The condo was walking distance to the Village and easy access to the Village Gondola to get to Canyon Lodge. We were also walking distance to several restaurants. We ended up renting a locker at Canyon so we didn't need to haul our skis every day, and that was worth it for the week. Cameron was super responsive and we felt the listing matched what we saw when we stayed. Definitely recommend!!

This place is beautiful and big enough for eight people! The bedroom have their own bathrooms which is a huge plus. Another aspect I was grateful for was their fridge, that had ice and filter water! The only complaint is if you are on the first floor, you can hear people on the top floor very easily. So just be mindful if you are sensitive to noises. Additionally, we noticed an odor coming from the sink area. I think it might have been from the garbage disposable from the people who were there before us. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place!!

An absolutely beautiful place! Surrounded by nature and the most homely cottage. Perfectly located for exploring Kings Canyon and Sequoia National forest. It really was a home from home for us, so well equipped with everything we would need for a stay with a young family. BBQ, firepit, cot, highchair, toys, books, garden games! Nancy & Chuck were so friendly and welcoming. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

It was a nice condo and unlike many places we've stayed previously, everything worked as advertised including the spa and sauna.

Perfect for our family of 4, with two little ones: close to mountain, on shuttle line, 2 queen beds, clean, spacious and walkable. Would definitely come back!

We had such a great time staying here for Spring Break! The place was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The views were stunning, you can't beat those mountain mornings. The host was really friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was beautiful and well-appointed. The location was so convenient--across the street from the Village and the gondola. Communication with the host was also great from booking all throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
