Caravan 3 bed sleeps 6

SimonRating, 5 stars6 months ago
What a lovely stay in a very lovely caravan. It felt homely, had everything we needed and was spotless. Our children especially loved the drawer full of toys, we woke each morning to find them in the living area playing happily with them. Fionas guide to the caravan location was perfect and we had no issue accessing the keys to check in. Thank you again for allowing us to stay ☺️

Cosy 3 bed Pet Friendly Beach Chalet

MikeRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Utterly fabulous! So quirky, warm, welcoming and cosy. Everything we wanted for a Christmas break. Deborah was responsive and very friendly in her communications. We found it and the key and walked inside to be wowed. All the little touches, the Christmas tree lit, the mince pies, the hot water bottles, so clean and genuinely beautiful. We've been looking for a place in Cleethorpes to come back and stay at regularly for a long time and feel we may have finally ended our search. And I'm sorry but one of my 9yo twin daughters broke your ice cube tray, I hope you won't blacklist us for too long... really sorry! Thank you so much. Thank you for allowing us to check in on Christmas Day! I know, however, my wife and I are discussing coming back next Christmas for a longer period if you'll have us? Best wishes and our very best wishes. Mike, Natalie and family

Marsh Gate House, Thornham

JackRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a fantastic time at Marsh Gate House! The property was clean, spacious and in a great location. The photos on the listing don't do the house justice. It was bigger than we expected and really well equipped. Great kitchen with everything you need, including two fridges. We'd 100% stay at Alexa's house again. We loved it!

Beautiful luxury lodge, 6 berth, hot tub

NatalieRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We booked this caravan for October half term with our two children (4 and 12 weeks). Ruth was very responsive with messages prior to our stay and was happy to answer our questions. We checked in early which was appreciated with a young baby. The place itself was perfect and the hot tub is a lovely feature. Our 4 year old watched a few of the dvds that were available and enjoyed the games that were in the drawer. He especially loved that the caravan had been decorated for Halloween and that there was chocolate in the fridge upon check in. The position of this caravan is perfect and very easy to find on check in and also in a really good location in terms of the site facilities. Our children loved the pool and indoor splash park. There is so much for children to do and we pre booked some of these activities and also enjoyed the evening entertainment and restaurants. Great find and would happily return!

Character cottage near beach. Garden/parking

AlisonRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We’ve just spent 4 nights at Myrtle Cottage , a fabulous place , nestled in the village of Holme next the sea . It was just as described and didn’t disappoint . Lucy was a great host , giving us lots of information about the property and the local area , which was really helpful as we hadn’t been before , so managed to cram lots of things in . Super dog friendly at the cottage , it’s the small thoughtful touches that stand out and make it like home from home . Our dog , Floyd had a great stay and enjoyed all the fabulous coastline and making new friends in the village pub , The White Horse , which serves lovely food and drink . We will definitely be back to explore further and would highly recommend Myrtle Cottage as a brilliant place to stay .

2 Bedrooms, Simple Bungalow, free parking

AnthonyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen very well equipped. We cooked Christmas lunch and wanted for nothing. Nice touches like basic condiments, kitchen roll and every type of cleaning materials you could want. The main bedroom is small but the large bed is extremely comfortable, ditto the pillows and duvet. We slept well. Could do with some hanging space, wall hooks and some coat hangers would do. Very nice linen and towels and large chest of draws. The 2nd bedroom also has a very comfortable bed and again well equipped. Living room is warm and comfortable with AC available. TV could do with an upgrade, poor reception. The internet was great with 37Mbps speed. Shower room/toilet is fine but could do with a heated towel rail in winter. The local town, Wragby, is a seven minute walk away with two good pubs, takeaways and a Co-op supermarket. Really friendly people too. All in all the place was perfect for our seven day stay, thoughtfully appointed and highly recommended.

Your guide to Ingoldmells

All About Ingoldmells

The Lincolnshire village of Ingoldmells is a traditional British seaside resort with incredible amusement parks and shopping alongside the broad, sandy beach. A long, paved promenade stretches out beside the soft pale sand, and the water is clean and calm — perfect for swimming and kayaking. Lively arcades and thrilling rides at the Fantasy Island Theme Park keep kids and adults entertained in Ingoldmells, while nearby Sea Lane has plenty of shops and places to eat, and even a bowling alley. The fish and chips are famous here, cooked to a traditional family recipe and wrapped in paper to be eaten outside in the fresh sea air. If you feel like a change of scenery, the iconic British seaside resort of Skegness is just a few minutes’ drive along the coast, and golfers are well catered for with several courses in the area offering facilities for all abilities.

The best time to stay in a holiday rental in Ingoldmells

As a beach town, Ingoldmells is at its most exciting during the summer months. This is when the weather is at its warmest, and the long, sunny days offer plenty of time to spend at the beach or wandering along the promenade. Spring and autumn are also lovely times to be here, as the weather is still quite pleasant and the resort is quieter. If the amusement park is what draws you, come in late March when it opens with a bang with a spectacular opening party and fireworks show. The park is open through the end of October, and the large market on the grounds is open all year round, apart from Christmas Day. Some businesses close down from November through February, so keep this in mind if you’re thinking about visiting during the quiet winter months.

Top things to do in Ingoldmells

Ingoldmells Beach

The Lincolnshire coastline has miles of gently shelving, sandy beaches surrounded by grassy dunes, and Ingoldmells is no exception. In addition to traditional bucket-and-spade beach activities, you might rent equipment for kayaking or paddleboarding or even go horseback riding on the beach. Lifeguards are on duty during the summer.

Fantasy Island Theme Park

Fantasy Island Theme Park has a collection of more than 30 rides, including five roller coasters, and range from a classic carousel for little ones to the ever-popular log flume. If rides aren’t your thing, head for Europe’s largest seven-day market, which sits within the park and has more than 300 retail stalls. There are many different cafes, restaurants, and bars scattered throughout the park for you to refuel.

Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve

Less than a 20-minute drive from Ingoldmells, Gibraltar National Nature Reserve hosts a wide array of wildlife, with different species passing through on their migration patterns throughout the year. Set just off the coast and with many different hiking trails to explore, the reserve offers educational opportunities and events for anyone looking to learn more about this habitat and the animals and plants that call it home.
