Holiday rentals with a sauna in Inlet Beach, Walton County

Pictures don't do justice, the place is better in person. Love the location and views, you dont need to go anywhere else, you have it all right there, they also have beach chairs, coolers, nets for the kids, floaties and much more. The apartment is very comfortable and it was perfect for my family, I feel I booked it too short.. next time at least 10 days. Amazing Host and will come back. Thank You so much.

My two kids and I traveled to the area and needed last minute accommodations after a snag elsewhere. Maggie was very quick to respond on a Friday night after hours and extremely helpful in making sure I understood the listing and additional pricing for parking and wristbands at the resort before confirming the reservation. Very sweet and I appreciated her demeanor and upfront honesty. Maggie's place was the PERFECT spot to relax and escape to oceanfront living. Beautiful condo, very clean, so much space! The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful, I could sit watch and listen to the ocean waves roll in all day! SO glad I came across her listing, such a wonderful location, very accommodating resort, and nearby so many places to walk instead of driving! The resort itself was clean, well laid out, and the outdoor pool area was a haven for the kids to splash around and swim, beautifully lit up at night as well. Walk right to the beach from the pool area. Wonderful! :)

We had a nice time. It was an impromptu trip so it was definitely out of season for the beach. However, the view was beautiful and the kids still got in the water. Brandon and Katharina's home was clean and comfortable. It was decorated perfectly for the beach and was not cluttered. The amenities were chefs kiss. They were proactive and provided detailed information that helped us check in easily. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. All in all, we would absolutely love to return someday.

Our experience was amazing! This is the place to book if you're visiting Panama City Beach, it's right in the center of the action, and it is very spacious! Would definitely recommend this place!

Words can not describe how amazing our visit was! Where do I start… beds were super comfortable, spectacular view and ability to walk the beach and run in the community. The kitchen was perfect - it had everything you need without being cluttered. Bathrooms had great water pressure. Amazing two floor layout and amazing location. The decor was beach vibe, not over done, just so tasteful. There is also a work out room and pool in the building. The pool is half indoor / half outdoor and when the dividing door was open starting Feb 1, it was superb to swim in a heated pool and look out at the beach. Stores nearby and great restaurants at Rosemary Beach. I could go on and on… worth every moment and grateful to San for sharing her special place by the beach!

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

Description & pictures are spot on and we NEVER heard any neighbors! Elevators were not a problem as we were weren't staying during peak season. Keith had great suggestions on being prepared for potential long check ins and elevator waits. Check in was less than 5 minutes & we had a 5 minute wait one time for the elevator! 180° view of the ocean is breath taking. We saw a manatee, and watched visits from manna rays several times a day. Bed & linens were very comfortable, & I'm picky about linens! My back never hurt due to an uncomfortable bed. I would find myself waking up at night and going out to the balcony to take in the sights & sounds. With a full moon during our stay the beach was fairly bright at night. Several beach towels, chairs, & umbrella were available for us. The walk to the water is a shorter distance than other beaches. Bring a scoop of some sort to look for the bigger sea shells! Come prepared for a very pleasant week & a lot of time at the beach!

Due to unforeseen circumstances I ended up staying in this condo by myself for the month of January. Never once did I feel in any way unsafe. I found the unit to be exactly as described, with an AMAZING view (from the 20th floor!) of the Gulf from the balcony, where I spent every morning having coffee and enjoying the start of my day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all my kitchen needs. I did bring a couple appliances that I cannot do without, but otherwise all I needed was there. The condo is clear of clutter, was immaculately clean when I arrived, and was quite comfortable. I did have a couple of visitors throughout the month and they each said how comfortable their bed was. Tidewater Resort seems to be very well operated, able to help with any concern I might have had (which was virtually none). I had no issue with long waits at the elevator banks (as I read in some of the reviews), but I was there in January, a very slow time in PCB. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo is absolutely amazing! It is very clean and beautifully decorated! From the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms to the extremely comfortable beds, it exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a convenient location look no further, this unit is very close to all the main attractions in PCB. The unit is exactly as described and you will love the view from the balcony on the 17th floor. Instructions were simple to follow and everything at the resort was easy to acess, including parking. We enjoyed our time and highly recommend booking!

Wow. Wonderful, wonderful wonderful. That about sums it up! This place was over the top beautiful inside. The detail that they went to in decorating this place created an experience of being in an aquarium, while being in a very lovely and comfortable condo on the beach! In addition, the outside seating area, along with the eating area outside is so relaxing, and wonderful. Plus, there was an unbelievable shower experience, which I did not think I would appreciate because I am a simple person, but it was over the top in their remodeled shower!In addition, there was a wonderful tub in the second bathroom for soaking. I did not think I would be crazy about the bed, because we tend to like firm… But the cushy bed was super comfortable. This place was designed to feel extravagant and comfortable! I would recommend this to anyone.

Nice place right on the beach!

Great place for us..quiet at all times, huge balcony, great location -floor-wise and space-wise. This is an older complex with strict rules-which has kept it really nice. We certainly enjoyed the amenities offered and it is close to Winn-Dixie. Having a private washer/dryer was a great plus too. This unit has 2 full baths- 1 with a shower and 1 with a combo tub.

The hosts are genuinely friendly, sweet as can be and are very responsive for anything you need or any question you may have. Although the house manual also explains everything. This property is amazing, perfect for a family, everything you need is provided, comfortable, cozy, beautifully decorated, clean…..I can’t say enough about this property!!! It’s private but just a few mins from the beach and a short drive away from tons of restaurants and different things to do. 30A is an amazing area and the perfect vacation spot. And the hosts are just as amazing!!! Wonderful experience!!! Wonderful property!!! This vacation was a dream come true of ours and Heather and her family helped make it as easy and as perfect as it could have been!!!! They are truely amazing people! ❤️ We will be back next year and I can only hope we get to stay at Heathers Place!! 💜🦎🏖️🌞

The house was amazing with great quality furniture and linens. We had everything we needed and the house was the perfect fit for our girls weekend!

Beautiful home. My family and I rented a golf cart and did not touch our vehicles for a week. Stunning neighborhood, pool is just steps away, the beach path is right outside the door. Great places to eat. John was extra helpful and always responsive. I will definitely visit again.

We loved staying here! We loved that there were multiple balconies so we could choose our view or how much sun we wanted. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was also comfortable. I personally liked the cute beach decor and felt very relaxed in the space. The heated pool was also very nice!!! the Temps outside were in the upper 50s so I was surprised that the pool felt more like bath water! Would definitely stay here again!

Even though we had no AC and the pool was green when we arrived, Philip quickly responded and had it fixed asap. Other than that, it is an absolutely great house!

Good place to stay with more than enough room for 6 of us adults. Great location with short walk to the beach and restaurants. Katie was incredibly helpful and responsive!
