We are a family run farm with horses, chickens, goats and a donkey. Our little tree house in the woods is the perfect place to unplug, relax and take in the nature. Cozy, rustic one room cottage. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking a winding creek and covered bridge. Enjoy your favorite beverages by the firepit on those chilly afternoons or evenings. Private - Quiet and secluded neighborhood on Lake Bowen with dock & lake access. Enjoy spacious house with private 20x40 in-ground swimming pool, dock for fishing and boating, large decks & charcoal grill make for a great BBQ day! 2 kayaks provided! If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night.

My house is totally remodeled, electrical, plumbing, window etc. it is like walking into a model home. All furnishing are very nice and decorated nicely. Anything that is not there that you need , you only have to ask. I will supply almost anything to reason. The sheets are changed after every guest.
