Very nice and clean chalet. Inside there is a kitchen stocked with everything , including tea and coffee. The bathrooms are outside but still quite close and very clean. It is 15/20 minutes from the center of Gol, but the location is quiet and with beautiful nature around.

Such a beautiful place! We celebrated our engagement here and it was nothing short of magical. I made a mistake and booked 2 accommodations instead of 1 and Sverre arranged for me to change my dates which was so great instead of losing lots of money 😊 the cabin is so warm and cosy i absolutely loved the look and vibe of the place. We even got homemade caramel treats they were so yummy!

Everything was fine

Wake up, open the curtains and see nothing but water. Get out of bed and jump right in the lake. That's what you can expect at this awesome place! Further more everything you need is available and everything is beautifully presented. It's easy to find, easy to park and the area is stunning. Would definitely recommend!

A wonderful and very beautiful place, quiet and safe, and close to everything—the city, the supermarket, and the highway. Several nearby attractions can be visited, and the owners are friendly and go out of their way to provide assistance.

Even in winter, when it was cold outside, the house was cozy and warm. Hanne and Ola gave us everything we needed, even brought us food and board games. The communication was quick and easy. We are very happy about this new experience. Sincerely, we recommend this place to everyone who wants to see amazing nature and meet gentle people. Thank you for everything!

Very lovely stay. Beautiful home close to Oslo centre but peaceful rural neighbourhood. Lots of recommendations from hosts, online, in person and left a folder for guests. Great directions!

The cottage was great. We had a wonderful time in Fjellro. The cabin is perfectly equipped for the price and has a wonderful location right on the mountain. We will be happy to be able to come back here again.

After a long trip at Hedmarsvidda, the royal cottage was the perfect place to stay. We only spent one day there but already know it's not going to be the last. After a cozy dinner with the great view as entertainment, we warmed up the sauna. Highly recommended to take the trip here.

Modern cabin, with peculiar architecture, located in a rural environment, with direct access to a river beach. Well equipped and very comfortable! We felt at home!

A very nice house in a holiday complex. We had a great time as a family with three children. Everyone had their own bed. The house was fully stocked and nothing was missing. Highly recommend. Clean and tidy.

The cabin is beautiful. Located directly on the water and you can switch off and relax very well. Can only recommend it. Anne is very nice and easily accessible. The bathroom is at the main house but very clean and not far away.

Super nice place to stay. We even went for a third time. This time both cabins rented with my sister. Halvard was very flexible in thinking along to rent both cabins on a date. It felt like coming home to peace in this great place.

Super nice cabin. You have to make a few compromises in terms of comfort, but a stay at the cabin slows you down.

I’d highly recommend this place if you want to get away from the city and have a peaceful weekend. The house is cozy, has everything you need for your basic necessities. You can see an awesome view of the sun rise and sunset from the living room. If you’re going there in winter you’d have to prepare yourself as it can be cold, however, there’s a fireplace in the living room to heat you up just fine 😀

We had amazing days in the cabin! We went skiing in Ål, Geilo and the last day in Nesfjell. Also went length on nearby tracks. Very cozy cottage and the view was magical. There were some cabins around but it barely appeared from the house and it felt very private. Really recommended!

Our stay was beyond what we expected! This cabin is a dream, certainly a little difficult to find when it's dark and snowing, but it's worth it! The kitchen is very pleasant for cooking, the stove heats well, and we even received a small gift from the host! we will definitely come back in summer :)
