Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

We had a great stay in Charleston. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Extremely walkable location, with many restaurants, bars and activities nearby. The unit we stayed in was perfect for the two of us, clean, quiet and very private. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back. Thank you for everything Ashley.

We really enjoyed our stay at Christopher's place. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all the basics needed. We were able to walk around to some bars and stores. Parking was a little tight, but manageable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Absolutely loved this spot! Waking up in the super comfy bed looking out the window to see palm trees and gas lamps was a dream. A great location. Super walkable and always felt safe! The smells from Southbound restaurant were amazing and although we did not get a chance to eat there this time we will definitely be back! Holey city bagels for breakfast and coffee was our morning routine and they had allergy options which was incredible! Overall there was great communication, everything was clean and super cozy! The robes were also an amazing touch, because lets be real who doesn't love a nice robe on vacation! Will definitely stay again and look forward to it!

I totally enjoyed my stay there. Unfortunately I wasn’t there for pleasure and relaxation trip. It was last min and Brandon was a lot of help. Quick response and even called me to make sure I had no problems with getting in. I will use him again but hopefully I get to stay longer and really enjoy it. It was a beautiful place. Finding a affordable place to stay to visit Charleston at a affordable price is extremely difficult. That is what I discovered. You can either get scalped downtown paying thousands - maybe a night - for a mediocre hotel, or take a chance to get a vrbo or airbnb close to town and get junk house in a slum neighborhood. I had to go to a wedding. So did other family members. I tailored my search for highest guest ratings and this property came up. Yeah it took 30 minutes to drive to town. but again - anything closer was a slum or a 1000+ a night in town. I was pleasantly surprised. This property is a older ranch in a middle class neighborhood that has been COMPLETELY remodeled - and I mean COMPLETELY. New appliances, new flooring, new paint, the furniture may be original but it was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was easy to travel to the city and easy to get back. My other family members picked a airbnb rental in Mt Pleasant - spent $3000 on a dump.

We had a great stay at Daniel place. Everything was in order and it allowed to have an awesome weekend for the Cooper River Bridge Run.

We absolutely loved this place! Spacious & right on the strip! 1min walk to beach across the street. Any issues we had & reported, she responded very quic & resolved them. We’re actually working on getting details about the area to move there!

We loved staying at this place! The house was cute and the back porch swing made me incredibly happy! Close to the beach, close to good places to eat and shop. Would definitely go to again!!

Contacted the host about an extended stay while here for work and received a prompt response. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order and occasionally checked in to make sure my stay was going well. 5-stars! I would definitely stay again in the future!

We were so excited to find Suzanne’s place last minute. The place was beautiful. It was extremely well taken care of. The balcony was an extra room! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable outdoor furniture. I loved all the plants-indoor and outdoor. It felt so warm and inviting. The whole condo looked exactly like the photos. This place was top tier in all aspects. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much. When we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like home. I really got a workout on the stairs, but that would not stop me from booking with them again. It was worth every step. Can't wait to book with you all again in the future!!!

Overall it was a good stay. Todd was very friendly. The condo was clean and nice. The pool,lazy river, hot tub area was not so clean.

Beautiful condo with extraordinary ocean view! Kenny and Carol were excellent hosts - very communicative and responsive. I stayed with my two young children, indoor/outdoor pool, close proximity to the beach. I would definitely recommend!
