Booked on behalf of my mom and she had nothing but good things to say. Commenting on the cleanliness and how lovely and spacious the apartment is. The host is lovely, very approachable. Would highly recommend and will be doing so with visiting friends and family.

From minute 1 of booking this amazing lodge David was extremely responsive and friendly. This gave us a warm idea of what was to come. Upon arrival we were then greeted by another very kind and welcoming lady (didn’t catch her name sorry) who shown us into the perfect cottage with extreme politeness. The lodge was filled with everything needed, hot tub was warm on arrival, TV was huge and could be rotated (can even face the hottub. This was a bonus for us as we are movie geeks 👍🏽 The kitchen was stunning and some essentials were provided that we actually forgot to bring (salt, pepper, oil). Cannot fault a single bit of the stay. Immaculate. The outside porch was tremendous too. It is closed off nice so that even when you’re in or out the hot tub you feel 0 draft. Upon leaving we spoke to 3 lovely ladies, 2 cleaners and 1 other lady who was also super lovely (sorry no names again). By far the best lodge we’ve been to and will 100% be back if David and co would be kind enough to have u

We had a wondeful weekend in Edinburgh and the apartment did not disappoint. The location is ideal, close enough to the main sites, but still private and quiet. Paul left some essentials in the apartment, which was much appreciated. The apartment felt bigger than on the pictures and had great touches, from original features to modernised fixtures.

This is the most beautiful cottage! We spent two nights here with our dog and could access some great walks right on the doorstep, all recommended by our host, Jo. Great recommendations for the local pub ‘The Tappit Hen’, one of the best atmospheres in any local pub we have visited. Very friendly locals and some great places to eat. Would 100% recommend a stay here, Jo will make you very welcome!

My group and I had a lovely time at Mary's place! The caravan is very cozy and is just a short walk to a bus stop that takes you to Edinburgh proper. We loved having easy access to the city while also getting to Escape to a quieter area with such beautiful scenery. Mary is aso incredibly kind and responsive. When my group came up against unforseen circumstances, she was very caring, communicative, and helpful. A wonderful host and sweet place to stay!

We visit St Andrews several times a year and always stay in apartments when visiting our daughter. This was by far the nicest we have stayed in as it’s so clearly stayed in by the owners and wasn’t as clinical as some others. Nicely decorated, Comfortable beds, great bathrooms and well equipped kitchen and the added bonus of secure parking. Easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops and beaches. We definitely hope to stay here again.

We had a most wonderful stay with our family. The house was so beautiful and spacious and the kitchen was a dream for anybody who likes to cook. The location is perfect as it is so close to the town center and also to all the supermarkets. We loved being there and felt right at home.
