A 1940's cottage right in the heart of quaint downtown East Tawas. East Tawas is located on Michigan’s Sunrise Side. The area is well known for its sparkling turquoise waters and clean public sandy beaches. Just two blocks to Newman St and you can enjoy local shopping and dining or the ice cream and chocolate shops, and the 1935 historic movie theater. Bring your boat and enjoy Lake Huron or catch some fish for dinner. Kayaks and canoes can be put in at various spots along the Au Sable River.

1937 Cozy Log Cabin on Creek

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Adorable spaces inside, new flooring, patio overlooks creek. Stairway leads to a platform which is a spectacular setting for coffee or happy hour. It' a treat to spot our otter family! Two kayaks (have to put in at dam around the corner). Cement patio with dining set, gas grill, and bonfire pit is the icing on the cake. please note. It's an old cabin, there will be cobwebs but clean and coziness. the theme is glamping. XO

Oscoda has many beautiful attractions, such as Iargo Springs, Lumberman’s Monuments, Foote Pond Lookout, National Parks, and many more. Our home is good for a relaxing couples getaway, families (kid friendly) and well behaved dogs. If you are looking for a party house please do not book our home.
