Waterfront holiday rentals in Irving

Our stay was very nice. The instructions to get in and parking are a bit more complicated than is typical so suggest reading them in advance of arrival. The host was super friendly and very responsive and helped answer any questions we had. He also provided tips on things to do in the area. The place is super clean and well stocked with the amenities that you need and don't usually find in a hotel and it's why we love to travel through Airbnb. The location is on the outskirts but very safe; it's not walking distance but easy enough to park and drive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a beautiful, well-appointed apartment.

Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

I had a lovely stay here. Easy to get to, secure parking, and the views were all just incredible. The inside is very elegant. I was comfortable and had everything I needed to enjoy my over one-week stay. I hope I can come back to this place! Thank you for everything Steve!

The apartment was fantastic! We stayed for 10 days and would definitely stay again. The location is great- close to 2 major highways and in a brand new, clean and upscale area. The apartment is decorated very tastefully and spacious and the bathroom/closet are large. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great! The towels and sheets were very high end, UGG - which was unexpected and a nice surprise. The kitchen was well stocked, the washer/dryer were huge and all brand new. I have only positive things to say about my stay and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area. Lots of restaurants and shopping within 10-15 mins to the north, south, east and west- great location!!

We had a house fire and had to move out for repairs. What we thought would be a 6-8 week stay here turned into nearly 5 months. All along the way, Tasneem was helpful and flexible about allowing us to extend our time. The backyard is wonderful for relaxing with easy access to the canal walkways. Inside, the reclining couches are so comfortable that you may find yourself accidentally taking a nap! This home had everything we could need, including a crib and play area set up for our young son. Tasneem was fantastic as a host, responding immediately to any questions/issues that arose. For example, when we let her know that we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning (this is Texas, these things happen), a technician was at the house first thing the next morning, and a whole new system was put in the very next day. We had a fantastic stay at a very nice home and Tasneem is an excellent host that helped us out a lot during a stressful time. I would highly recommend booking

This house was perfect for us! We were celebrating a birthday with friends and family and had about six kids total. When we arrived, not only was the house super clean, but Christie had supplied snacks and treats for our kids - including s’mores, chips, apple pouches and more. It was so thoughtful and sweet. She was extremely responsive and helpful. The bedrooms were great size and well furnished, but the true star is the amazing pool and backyard. Our kids loved playing in the pool, and we are walking away with some wonderful memories.

Uma and Balu’s home was perfect. There was plenty of space for our group and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We brought kayaks, in addition to one Uma and Balu let us use, and kayaked the lake each morning. We will definitely be back!!

Tiffany had excellent response time with any questions we had. She was flexible with our requests. The accomadations were very clean. Appliances in the kitchen very nice. Various notions and incidentals were available for use if needed. Complimentary bottled water was a nice welcome. We enjoyed the view from the back patio and spent time there to relax. This location is close to restaurants, Bass Pro Shop, gas & convenience store and easy to find from the nearest highway. We were comfortable and plan to return again when visiting family nearby.

The hosts were very communicative before and during my stay, especially since I ended up needing to extend my stay. The condo was as described and had a beautiful view of Lake Ray Hubbard. The unit was easy to find and parking was a breeze. I'd recommend this property.

Stayed here for a work conference and the team really enjoyed it! Perfect walking distance to downtown. Gate community felt safe and peaceful!

We found the property to be in line with our expectations, as depicted in the photographs. The neighborhood is characterized by a serene and tranquil atmosphere. While there is some noise from the nearby avenue and the train during the day, it subsides significantly at night. The access instructions to the flat and the house manual were clear and easy to follow. The property was found to be in pristine condition, and the flat itself is very pleasant. Ayden's service was of the highest standard, and his response time was timely and efficient. We would have no hesitation in returning to this property.
