La nostra struttura a picco sul mare gode di una vista panoramica strepitosa e unica, puoi ammirare la spiaggia dei Maronti e Sant'Angelo, con il suo porticciolo e le barchette colorate dei pescatori che fanno anche il servizio taxi nella nostra struttura ci sono terrazzi e solarium immersi nella natura e sempre con vista di paesaggi mozzafiato, potrai degustare le specialità ischitane di carne e di pesce o la pizza che ordinerai e ti arriverà in soluzione " asporto".( tavolo apparecchiato)

La stanza di Casa d'Arte gode di uno splendido panorama, il letto è matrimoniale, il bagno è esterno alla camera e privato. Al mattino una splendida colazione con caffè, te, succo di frutta, e prodotti tipici. A 15 minuti a piedi dal porto Marina Grande, dalle spiagge, dal centro storico e da bar e ristoranti. Per i più selvaggi e amanti della roccia a 5 minuti c'è il bellissimo scoglio del Faro che potete vedere in piccola parte nell’ immagine di copertina, ed è facilmente praticabile.

Hello, we are Sofia Stefania and Ciro and welcome you to our apartment, hoping that the stay will be pleasant and will leave you with a nice memory. There are so many things to visit in this area. We live on the second and last floor in a guarded park, in an apartment near the sea, which is easily reached. 200 meters away is the train stop (Cumana Cumana train line stop Arco Felice) that in 35 minutes takes you directly to the heart of Naples. We look forward to seeing you!
