Excellent place in an an unbeatable location. Walking distance to the beach and everything in North Santa Teresa. The layout is great and very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Roy is fantastic and very responsive with any needs you might have. The pool and covered porch with fans are perfect to cool off and hang out. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Would highly recommend! Modern space, very clean and comfortable. It had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. She provided beach towels and beach chairs. Amy was also very responsive. The only complaint we have was there was one person smoking on his patio below us. To avoid the smell we had to sit inside and not out on the deck. It was kind of an inconvenience.

This spot was so cute! Super close to the beach/center of town/park, all easily walkable. Having access to the pool at NYA Hotel was a huge plus, since the very "in the middle of it all" location made it so that keeping the windows open at the house was too noisy/not safe. The photos of the pool don't do it justice and we saw a troupe of monkeys in the trees right from our lounge chairs.

Great stay! Totally recommended. We will probably stay here again. Nearby the beaches. House is completely equipped with whatever needed, self check in which is always great to not worry at time of arrival, connivence stores are nearby.

Great place to stay! We had a little trouble finding the place, but Fernando was very helpful. The entrance gate to the house is right next to the guard house so we didn't see it at first. Great view from the balcony and we loved exploring the beach right from the house! Shower water could have been warmer, otherwise we enjoyed everything else.

Great spot! Up in the canopy of the rainforest with amazing ocean views. Tucked away south of Santa Teresa, this placed offered a great spot to relax and enjoy a more quiet experience, tucked away high up the hill. Less than a 10min ATV ride to main Santa Teresa, it was a perfect home base for the entire trip and all the local activities. House was just like the photos, with the views and experience even better! House was clean, kitchen well stocked, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful in organizing the entire trip from beginning to end! Costa Rica is a beautiful place and this house is a great spot to enjoy it!

The house was gorgeous, Kattia was always giving us great recommendations and her friend gave us a great run down on the rules and the area. The gate workers are always super nice and will always answer any questions you have. All in all it was a great stay, I would definitely recommend staying in Lapa Living for as long as you can :)
