Best host ever! They were always quick to respond and always extremely polite. The house was exactly as described. We spent a month staying there, we wished we could have stayed longer. This is an amazing place, great location we will definitely be staying there again soon.

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Ate Bing’s place was our home for two weeks and it felt like it was our own. Ate Bing was very helpful with our queries and very responsive when we requested something for the house (very accommodating). The very vibrant personality made us feel very welcome. The house was surprisingly very big and clean that we are in awwe when we arrived. The place is good for family gatherings which is why we chose the place. The Pool area was well maintained and clean.. picture worthy especially during the night.☺️ will definitely book again for our next vacay! Thank you Ate Bing!

This was our 2nd stay at this place and I highly recommend it. My family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious home, great place to stay with a large family, safe neighborhood, gated and guarded subdivision. Myrna and Ramil are excellent care takers!

nice place to stay with family or friends. Very accomodating host. You can also buy freshly baked bread from them. with free tea, coffee and peanut butter. the place is clean and is comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at Floro's place! Late check-in was no problem since they live right next door. Booking a Grab to and from the Davao International Airport (or to anywhere you want to go, like the Philippine Eagle Center in Malagos) was also really easy and quick. The place was really clean, cool, and comfortable to stay at. It's also located in a quiet and peaceful subdivision that is nearby restaurants, a wet market, and a mall with a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a coffee shop. Definitely a home away from home.

Our group was composed of 3 sets of parents who accompanied our children for a convention in Davao City. We appreciated the fact that the place was located within the compound where our children and their teachers are staying and this made our presence readily available to assist them with their needs. The unit had water available and electricity was not an issue. Its internet connection is high speed and the smart TV allowed us to monitor the US elections. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to prepare healthy meals and snacks for the kids to consume. The location was strategic to the convention’s venues so we were saved from a lot of trouble dealing with the city traffic. A staff was on site to assist us with our needs and was quick to answer our phone calls. We are greatly satisfied that we stayed in this unit and this made our participation in the convention a huge success. We highly recommend this place for its completeness, safety, and comfort. 👌⭐️

Loved everything about this home. Very clean and spacious! Hosts are responsive and act quickly. Walkable to Matina Town Square where there are several dining options including my favorite Halo-Halo place Aling Fopings. It was maybe a bit large for only 8 people but it was nice to have all that room. Price is right if you have 12 or more people. Kinda pricey for just 8 people.

What you see is what you get and more. The place is easy to locate, clean, and has nearby establishments for your convenience. Maya is such a great host, would help you in anything you need. Wi-fi is fast. All in all, you will get more than your money's worth. Would definitely recommend the place! Thanks again Maya!

Great place in a great location. Was the perfect spot to explore Davao and the surrounding area. The host was very helpful 👍

Although we only stayed for 1 night, the location is good. It is near SM City Davao and there are restaurants within the area. The host is very responsive; communication is very easy. The place could accommodate a large group of people. AC units were functioning. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

From booking to checkout, Geraline and Dennis were incredibly responsive, polite, and friendly. The property was secure, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Since the property is located away from the main city center, it can occasionally take some time for Grab or other taxi services to arrive. However, this was a minor inconvenience. A special thanks to Geraline's brother for kindly taking us to the terminal during checkout — we truly appreciated the help. We highly recommend Geraline's place, especially for families with kids seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We have a wonderful stay and experience at Arno’s Sunny Houses in Samal. It was more than an AirBnb accommodation as you feel that you’re in an upscale hotel accommodation and home at the same time. The amenities and freebees provided exceed your expectations. If you want to experience a place with nature which is not by the sea but inland although it’s just about 20 minutes to go to the beach side of the island, this is the place you should be. We had our dinner cooked by Arno’s staff and it’s yummy and better than restaurant food. Arno and his wife are always ready to assist and you will be comfortable dealing with them. Again it’s most highly recommended place!

Tom and Rose are perfect hosts. They take time to ensure that what we need are provided. They are responsive on our requests and offered us a flexible time for check out since our flight would still be late in the afternoon. We will definitely go back to their place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vanessa's place. The house is clean, and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat for our visit. Vanessa was a wonderful host, responsive and accommodating, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We booked and stayed at Aiza's place, twice, last year (2024). Why? Because the place is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has the amenities we need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near eating and shopping areas. Best of all - Aiza is a very responsive host, addressing and resolving any concerns and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

First of all, the host was very friendly, accommodating, and understanding. Also straight to the point when comes instructions. For the house, beyond what we expected, clean kitchen with complete utensils, great living room, spacious dinning area, comfortable beds (with available extra mattress), clean bathroom. The neighbourhood was peaceful and secure. Just a little bit of hassle coming in and out from the Subdivision specially if you don't have car, but walking will do. All in all, we had a great and comfortable stay. and by the way the caretaker was very friendly and responsive also.

We had a great stay. Our car did not fit in the parking area of the house since it's big but good thing there's a basketball court 20 steps away from the house so we parked it there. thank you ma'am Mercy.

Very nice place to stay

Very clean when I arrived. Mosquitoes only came in after I opened the windows one day for 24 hours. When I arrived there were no mosquitoes. Lots of tricycle drivers hang out outside the door. Bedroom is relatively quiet. Cold shower. Nice big refrigerator. House is very decorated.
