Very nice apartment. Compliant with photos and description. Very clean, well arranged and decorated with taste. Host was very hospitable. The apartment is in a great location, right in the city center, on a street full of bars and restaurants. We were able to do anything on foot. We'll be happy to go back!

A really great place - big and comfortable house with a huge green backyard and an amazing view to the ocean, Santander, lighthouses and sunsets. Feels very private and peaceful and only a couple of minutes of walking to the center of Somo and couple minutes more to the beach. Very well stocked house. The design inside might seem a little old-school, but still very clean, everything works, very comfortable. We were three people and we rented only the first floor and as a result we had lots and lots of space to our selves. David was very helpful and responsive. Great place.

Beautiful, clean and modern beach apartment with fantastic views of the sea and the sunset. The two of us were allowed to spend a week in the stylish apartment. Most rooms are separated by curtains and there are a lot of large windows. Private parking and in general a quiet residential area. We would come back.

We had a wonderful week here, the host sent us easy instructions to find the place along with recommended places to eat. The house is great, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, living areas are relaxing there are lots of little details that make the place wonderful. The best part though is the outside area and the view is fantastic. We really enjoyed out stay here and would happily book again in the future.

We spent a week in September and the shame is that most afternoons rained on us and we couldn't enjoy the terrace. For the rest, the house is very nice, we have been very well and quiet. Carlos and Judith recommended places to visit and restaurants and were a hit. During the day we would hike and always dine at home. There's a supermarket close by that has everything even a small bakery for breakfast. We were very comfortable and our hosts were very kind and everything was easy. Highly recommended!

The host was 100% helpful from minute one until we checked out. Pending at all time. The house is the best we've ever been to, by far. New, manicured, tastefully decorated, with all amenities, with a beautiful garden. A wonder to spend a few super quiet days. We give it 5 stars because there is no more.

The house can't be nicer, quiet, cozy, perfectly equipped and full of details. Mery has been very attentive at all times and has even left us recommendations for excursions, beaches, restaurants. We left a little bit of ours in the house and in Cantabria. Thank you very much for your attention Mery. We will be back! 🔝♥️

A nice country house

Emilio and his wife were very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is very spacious and the garden a charm. In terms of location, if you're looking for nature and peace, it's ideal. We spent the weekend 4 friends and really enjoyed the BBQ, the terrace and the ping pong table. We just miss some board game or a deck of cards to pass the time on rainy days.
