Holiday rentals with beach access in Isle of Arran

Gorgeous wee flat in the heart of Lamlash. Everything you need to cook at home, great hot shower and cozy lounge. Parking at the door was a bonus as was the bus stop less than 5 mins away which meant we could get around without the car. Easy access to the Holy Isle and the coastal path. There is a co-op a few mins away and we enjoyed dinner at the walkable Drift Inn. Also recommend the Old Pier cafe for lunch. We hope to be back.

The check in was easy, Jane’s Apartment is clean and very comfortable also it’s was lovely and warm , The views from the apartment are amazing ,we loved bringing in the new year in Jane apartment .

2nd visit to this apartment, it's everything its described to be , Mandy is a great host with clear and timely instructions and Maeve responded promptly and was easily contactable if needed. Would definetly book a 3rd time.

Jeanette is friendly and welcoming and makes you feel at home by checking in and looking after you.

Dean was an exceptional host. Nothing was too much trouble, and because of the stormy weather, he was quick to offer a flexible booking arrangement which was so helpful to us. He was local, and was a pleasure to talk to. He was attentive, and didn't forget about us during a bad storm, checking on our well- being. The place was very comfortable, well equipped and had some lovely homely touches. The sense of being in Scotland was very much enjoyed; the pictures on the wall , books based on Scottish culture added to our enjoyment. Thank you . We hope to return soon. Highly recommended!

Brian was a fantastic host with an absolutely stunning property! The surrounding area is scenic and the property well stocked with everything you could need. We had an issue with extreme weather during our trip, but Brian was incredibly responsive and accommodating, helping to sort everything out quickly. We would definitely return!

The perfect house for our family get together. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, the games room was a hit, as was the hot tub! The house was warm with loads of hot water. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this property, sea views over 3 levels, ample space for us all (3 families (6 adults, 6 children). And there was literally everything we needed in the kitchen, every utensil possible, we were very impressed. The overall temperature of the property was really good, considering at times it felt like -5 degrees outside. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends. Our stay at Marcus’s home was perfect for our family. ( including a 1year old) We had everything we needed and more. Great location with easy walking distance of Ayr town and eateries . Also an easy walk to the sea front. What a bonus! Marcus was always responsive to any questions we had and flexible with our arrival times etc. would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ayrshire. Thank you

A brilliant house in a fantastic location to explore Arran. Our host was fantastic with communication and very flexible due to ferry cancellations. The house is spacious, well presented and very warm. The outdoor space in the back garden is lovely with great views. We will be back again!

Really enjoyed staying. Very clean. Really well furnished with everything that we needed. Great location and felt very much like a home from home.

We loved our stay in Whiting Bay. Grant’s house was lovely! When we arrived we were greeted with a gift basket and the stove burner was ready to go! House had everything we needed and plenty of space for 5 adults and a toddler. The location was fab and we loved looking out the bay window each morning and were lucky to see a couple of pods of dolphins passing! Overall, we had a great stay and Grant was an excellent host!

Fran and John were brilliant hosts, going over and beyond to help us with our every need including sourcing a kids booster seat for our hire car and giving us buckets and spades for the beach to help entertain the kids! We were greeted with a warm welcome on arrival, including some delicious local cheese, which after a long drive to get there was really welcome! The view from the lounge and main bedroom are stunning, with the sea and beach directly in front of the apartment, and on a good day, a spectacular view of Arran and its show peaked mountains… It truly was like a home from home, and we can’t recommend the apartment and hosts more highly enough. If ever we’re up that way again we won’t hesitate to check in here again!

Patricia's place is lovely. The living room is so cosy where you are surrounded by books with a view of the sea out the window. The kitchen has everything you need and well stocked. Patricia even left milk, butter and home made bread. I was very happy to see a hot water bottle too! Dunoon is really stunning. There are some beautiful Glen's to explore. Unfortunately most of the trails were closed due to storm damage but I still found lots to do. Patricia was very helpful with suggestions for walks and lent me some maps of the area. Thanks Patricia!

Great stay, very nice and clean inside and had all amenities we needed, Stuarts an excellent host answered the phone whenever we needed and went above and beyond to arrange a earlier emergency check in! The locals are also extremely friendly

Accommodation was in perfect location, right in the heart of Troon. Easy access and free parking was a bonus. Flat was clean, modern and had everything that we needed for the couple of days we was there for. We would return again. Thanks for having us.

What a wonderful place to stay. Thank you so much to Ann and Arthur. The flat is absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated and filled with lots of extra amenities. Without doubt one of the best air BnB’s we have stayed in. Ann was super quick to message and help suggest places to visit and Arthur set up the amazing bbq hut for the children to toast marshmallows. Whenever we are next in the area we will be sure to be staying again! Thank you both.

This place was just what I needed after weeks of stress. It’s a bit reserved so come prepared to walk or catch the bus to do things if you don’t have a car. I enjoyed the quaintness of the town with very friendly staff at the local pub (bring cash for bingo haha) and cafe. The Airbnb itself is perfectly located to take a dip in Loch Long or just go for a walk and see beautiful homes. Jill, the host, was very nice and accommodating. She had everything clean and tidy for us with extra toiletries in case we forgot anything. I believe her love and care of the place was what made the apartment feel welcoming and comfortable. The view was tranquil as the day passed and just what you need with a hot cup of tea after a long day. Perfect spot to be with your thoughts or just enjoy the luxuries of a calm day. I can’t recommend this enough!

Louise was very helpful and quick to respond. We had such a lovely stay so much so we have already booked a return visit. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house warm comfortable and cosy. The lounge was the only area we felt needed updating, the sofas were well past their sell by date and quite shabby. The furniture in that room on the whole was tired. It did not deter from our enjoyment. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed and more. and Louise had very kindly left us a welcome gift. We used the local taxi service to travel about and they were very reliable. As said previously we are returning and would highly recommend. Thank you Louise x

Loved our two night stay here, when we arrived we were unloading the car looked across the water and four dolphins appeared, perfect start to a lovely cosy comfortable stay . Vincent was a great host
