Anthony was super welcoming and even gave us little extras in the fridge for our stay. Veyr very thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble. He made us feel so welcome and came out to talk to us when we walked our dogs on his grounds. We will definitely return as there is so much to do and a great pub around the corner which is a two min walk. The property itself is quaint, clean and spacious and was perfect for my friend and I. We got home after our break feeling refreshed and relaxed. The property has everything you could need and I whole heartedly recommend this for anyone just want to check out of the hum drum for a while. We will definitley go back!

Cosy and comfortable with high quality furnishings - soft towels, fine bed-linens, wool carpets etc. Great shower, well equipped kitchen and generous welcome pack inc fresh Sourdough, butter and milk. The Royal Oak pub is 50 meters away and has an open fire, paneled walls and good food. Perfect for a romantic getaway or perhaps very convenient for Goodwood. Host Charlotte very helpful but discreet.

Little Ridge was absolutely perfect for our mini break. It was a lovely and cosy place to stay with everything we needed. We enjoyed using the patio area and the village and sea are very close by. Milford on Sea is a super little village with great walks along the coast or to Hurst Castle. Highly recommended and we hope to stay again!

Stayed here to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. Exceeded my expectations,and we all had a fabulous stay. Easy to check in,everything was perfect and loved the hot tub! Have already recommended to friends and family and we will be returning in the future. Thankyou to the hosts x

This place was in such a nice area. There's a walk to a pub right outside the house and anything else is just a 10 minute drive away at most. Liz was a great host and told us everything we needed to know and made us feel right at home. We had a lovely time. Thanks Liz.

We had a great stay at Emily’s place. The property was excellent and just a short walk from local pubs/restaurants.

Great place to stay in countryside. Bird reserve almost next door to walk round. Lovely Lodge beautifully furnished and very clean & new looking. Stephanie was very helpful too. Plenty of places to explore in the area and fabulous coast nearby.

It's in an amazing location, and the cottage is full of character. Benjamin was very responsive. We loved our stay, and my daughter's highlight was meeting Benjamin's ponies.

Julia’s cabin was perfect for a short stay. The kitchen was well stocked and had a nifty little hob and microwave and Julia was incredibly generous and had fresh milk for us to have a cuppa tea straight away after checking in. It was comfortable and great to relax, sleep and cook/administrate in and Julia herself was incredibly fast to respond and just lovely. We would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Chichester, just be advised that the bed is relatively short so if you’re over 6’2, it may not be for you (only potential negative of this place)!

A lovely place to stay in a quiet area with plenty around!

This place is amazing, quiet peaceful but within 5 mins walk of the river and 10 mins easy walk to the Beach, great host with extra added touches that were so appreciated and made you feel so welcome, facilities were amazing and it's a great place for Exploring Christchurch, Mudeford, Southbourne and Hentisbury would recommend Shelley for anyone looking for place to stay in Dorset.

Emma was a great host from the start - very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations! Place was also very well looked after and had everything we could have asked for!

We had the most amazing 2 days here. We took our 2 young children before heading towards Butlins. The place really is beautiful. The kids loved the bedroom up the magic stairs. Everywhere was clean, tidy and comfortable and they had thought of every detail. We loved watching the tide come in and out and even had a play in the water. The bbq and firepit area are perfect and we made good use of the them. We enjoyed the 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Also really appreciated the welcome snacks!! Thank you so much. We wish we could have stayed longer. My daughter has been calling it her ‘dream home!’.

Loved the location, away from the hussle and bussle. We were greeted and shown the place when we arrived, shown the directions on how to turn the heater and water on / off. It was a great place to unwind and also make our base to visit family and friends. Thankyou so much we loved it.

Absolutely faultless sums up our stay! We booked this as a Mini-Moon holiday after getting married and heading straight down to the coast for our stay. As soon as we arrived we were greeted lovingly by the hosts including Zephyr the Deer Hound who welcomed us into their lovely corner of the world and congratulated us on our marriage. We were then left to our own devices to access the gorgeous property a stones throw away from the main house. The inside is a spacious open plan living room with kitchen that’s beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home you need for a long stay. The bathroom is perfect with a walk-in shower that has good water pressure as well as stays hot, amenities such as shampoo/conditioner provided. The upstairs is very quaint with a lovely futon style bed. This is the perfect bolt hole for a long weekend or couples retreat by the coast. Secluded but easy access to Swanage. Will definitely be staying again! A true pleasure!

This is a lovely place, in a beautiful setting with excellent facilities. Slept well in very comfortable beds, and peaceful surroundings. Katie's place is near to beaches, and lots of walks, as well as Chichester centre. Katie was friendly and helpful.

A brilliant long weekend in this cosy annexe. Susan was really friendly, giving us space but also being there when we needed a little support. We would definitely recommend!

It was really lovely to be greeted in person! We use a lot of Airbnb’s and, although there are advantages to arriving and letting yourself in, when you are walking round the side of someone else’s home, it feels like you’re intruding so I like being met at the door by the hosts. The Garden Room is as described. It is spacious, clean, private and has everything you need for a few nights away. There is plenty to do in the area including beautiful walks, beaches, tea rooms, crazy golf and plenty of good restaurants. It was a superb base and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you for a lovely stay. P.S. bring an alarm clock - the bed is so comfy you won’t want to get up! 😀

perfect!!! stayed here for 5 nights end of march, a great private comfortable place, perfectly situated for exploring new forest, and the rising sun pub within a lovely 10min walk from the property serving great beer and food! couldn't recommend enough, with lovely hosts, who responded quickly to any questions I had....👍👌👌

Had an amazing stay. Lovely and clean and was exactly what was described. Linda helped us very much and was amazing host. Fresh bread eggs and milk was an added bonus. Would and will stay again. Loved every minute

Diane’s place was comfortable, clean, bright with natural light and quiet - home away from home. Had all that was required for an enjoyable stay including TV in the bedroom as well as the living room which had great resolution and access to NETFLIX and other apps; fully equipped kitchen including a upgraded washing machine. We were warmly greeted by Diane on our arrival who thoughtfully left a fresh pint of milk in the fridge and other ingredients for a much needed cuppa after a long day of travelling. Complementary tea biscuits were also included. I noted all the kid-friendly aspects of Diane’s place including built in steps in the bathroom for the lil ones to reach the lovely wash sink. Diane’s place was close to the beach and places to eat which served tasty and reasonably priced food and featured great service. Diane’s place is a must have and we shall definitely be returning. Thanks again Diane for contributing to a fantastic time away in IOW. Will highly recommend Diane’s place x
