Beach villa great view, chill space, dogs welcome

Beautiful contemporary beach house, furnished in a warm beach style accommodates up to 8 guests. Fully modernized with heating and cooling. Parking available. - Extra deep cleaning and a day in between our guests :) two independent levels in one villa with over 100m2. On a lovely sandy beach but also on the road so except some noise. Loads of parking. Extra large outdoor living room, hot outdoor shower, hammock, marble dining table & grill to eat alfresco amongst other comforts.

Wonderful, finely furnished Open Space with pool. From the terrace of the apartment, you can enjoy a wonderful view that starts from the promontory of the Argentario up to the nearby island of Giannutri. Guests have at their disposal a Scooter and two helmets for free. The apartment is 320 meters from the Cannelle beach and 1,500 meters from the marina. View on stunning bay with Roman remains below sea water and sandy beach. 2 minute walk from harbour, yet in a silent corner. Waves gently break on the beach at night. Scuba diving, walks and excellent food. The house can host 6 people, but we prefer 4. In any case if you are more than 4 please tell us : you will pay 10 euros for each extra person and we'll give towel and bed linen for them.
