The view is also the distinctive element with wonderful views of the calanques and the Ionian that morning and evening awaits you just to be seen in the silence and peace that this place knows how to transmit to the end. The beautiful, panoramic pool immersed in a well-kept garden in every detail is a plus for those with children even if the Calabrian sea is in itself a natural pool and it is impossible to resist its wild beaches bathed by an unparalleled sea. Nice and practical house with everything you need! Very clean. Lovely large terrace overlooking the sea. Clean and nice pool just nearby. Walking distance to beach, free sun loungers and parasols. Crystal clear water. We got quick and good help from Britta and co as AC in the living room didn't work. This place is highly recommended!

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Beautiful farm and apartment on in picturesque Calabria. It is close to Lamezia Terme airport. The apartment we stayed in was clean, very comfortable, and spacious. Our host was very friendly and helpful. I recommend anyone to spend some relaxing time at this agriturismo. Don't miss the amazing starry night sky!

Great location. Beautiful house, well organized with all the essentials and well located in front of the pool and close to the access to the sea via the pine forest. Beautiful pool and beautiful beach. Too bad the sea was dirty for a few days, but this doesn't depend on the residence where the house is located. Well-kept and clean residence and above all peaceful and peaceful. Good location also to reach the beaches to the south and Reggio Calabria. Nice garden around the house, equipped for outdoor dining. First experience with AirB&B and I couldn't have started better. The very clean property is very tidy and has the strong point of the very comfortable garden and swimming pool that make the stay very relaxing. Perfect also because I had a medium-large dog. The friendly and helpful owners were always able to respond to my needs. The location is strategic, even if you need the car, the center or commercial activities are close. The area is quiet. Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

Andrej's accommodation was stylish, and it felt like home right away. It was even more beautiful than in the photos. The location is in the old part of town. Not all houses are renovated, and some are even ruins, which slightly affects the overall impression.

The house is nestled in a beautiful pine forest near the sea. There are other accommodations, but their outdoor spaces are for exclusive use. On the way back from the sea, the pine forest was an authentic good retreat: outdoor shower, two tables, deck chairs and masonry grill. In short, an ideal place to enjoy the silence, nature and the starry sky. The pine forest is a few kilometers from the municipality of Isola di Capo Rizzuto but there is a market and a bar nearby. A short walk from the property, there is a secluded and beautiful beach. Red sand, crystal clear sea and full of fish (Le Cannella is part of the protected marine area of C. Rizzuto). The descent to the sea is simple, but rather steep: not suitable for all ages and knees. Nearby there are still equally beautiful beaches, sometimes easier to access. Great communication with the legendary Mario. Whatelse to add? We will be back as soon as possible with great pleasure.

Villa Ulivo was a nice surprise for us! Small house but with everything and more! Great garden, washing machine and dishwasher. The best part was having AC in the rooms, then the possibility of fresh vegetables from Enrico's father's garden. And finally, the company of 2 nice dogs. A place worth checking out.
