Great house, suitable for a large family, lots of beds and sleeping options There is a bit of a problem with water pressure in the shower. Very well equipped, nothing is missing. We found parking near the house quite easily.

Amazing spacious home with upstairs outdoor gathering place for ping pong and games with beautiful views of the sea. Great location with plenty of room. Only recommendation is that if you are cooking that the kitchen does not have enough pans for cooking and bowls for serving food. There was only one pan and no large serving bowls. Other than this the place is phenomenal.

Thanks to Simone for a wonderful stay! The house was cozy, clean, and just like we were impressed by the pictures. We arrived with three small children and the house was adapted to our needs and is located just a short drive to all the beautiful places in Mitzpe.. Simone was kind, helpful and available for all our requests/questions. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again soon.

We were two families, 4 adults and 4 children, and the house suited us perfectly. The gallery is perfect for children and helped to spend many hours at home on rainy days. The community is quiet and cozy, very close to all family attractions. The kitchen is very equipped and pampering, we don't miss anything. Shani Vanga were lovely from the start, very communicative and even left sweet surprises for the children. We had a great time and would love to stay with them again!

Lovely host, stunning property, 5 star amenities, we enjoyed every minute of our stay! We were a group of 7 looking to get away for the weekend. There is not much to do in the area but the property is absolutely stunning and we were happy to spend every minute inside, it’s even more impressive than the pictures! We used the hot tub jacuzzi, the gas bbq + outdoor kitchen and the very homey living room. Ronia was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We had an amazing experience.

Great stay!! Really beautiful house, nicer and bigger than looks in the pictures. Host is very helpful and friendly and always responds within a few minutes. Well worth the money paid.

Sara was a very welcoming host! The location and surroundings are absolutely beautiful. There were loads of toys and games for the kids! They loved the pool and all the swings! The community was very warm and welcoming. Highly recommended. Thank you Sara!!!!

For the price of the apartment is great. There is a large fridge and you can store food and also freeze . The area is quiet. If I get a chance in the future I will be back

The apartment is in a very central and quiet area, there is parking very close and shops nearby. The apartment is very clean and corresponds exactly to the pictures and even better in reality. The owner of the apartment is always available and provided excellent service and support. I recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a central and excellent apartment. We had a great stay at Evgeny's in Eilat! The beds and pillows were really comfortable, so we all slept well. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved the Nespresso machine and the capsules provided. In the evenings, we enjoyed watching TV together on the big screen in the living room. Everything was very clean, which made us feel at home. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

This is a quiet location yet within a few minutes of excellent restaurants and close to the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. The patio-facing balcony was a nice treat.

If you're looking for a nice building in a central location, this is for you. The apartment was exactly as described in the photos. There were six of us with kids ranging from 5 to 15 and there was enough space. The management company was very responsive and helpful. Be advised there's only one bathroom, the sofa bed will not work for kids taller than 1.6 meters and the apartment itself is facing the back of the building (quieter on one hand but no view on the other)

Yitzhak was an extremely responsive host helping us settle in early on Friday evening and answering a bunch of questions from me on Saturday night. The space is great for a larger family with on master bedroom, a bedroom for kids with two twin beds and a crib, and a rather comfortable couch in the living room.

Great place to stay in Tel Aviv in a great neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again!

As one that passes a lot in hotels or apartments for short-term rentals I want to say that the response I received from the host Sam just answered every expectation and was really kind and generous, the apartment is really clean and tidy , the underground parking is just great, everything is accessible , the elevators and the building are always clean, easy and simple to get to the place, there is a food order for the building including the arrival of messengers to the door, privacy is above and beyond, quiet and peaceful from the neighbors, there is an amazing view from the balcony - you see the sea and the whole north!!! Finally I really recommend the apartment and I will definitely be back for you!! Thank you so much dear Sam 🙏🏼 💙

Very nice apartment, polite and friendly landlord, everything was good!

This unit is very cozy and nice. the kitchen is nice and basic, and the living area is cozy. it's nice to have the yard and the dogs are very very friendly and love attention. all in all this is a very nice place to stay and really near Meir hospital if you are in need of a medical assistance. Debby and Ori were very attentive and helpful

our third time there, great as always. we will look forward to go back, as soon as we schedule a trip to tel aviv.
