Excellent Host. Responds quickly and willing to help. The apartment is as it is in the description. Well-equipped and clean. The barbecue has a beautiful view of the sea, excellent for reuniting the family. The condominium is organized (24-hour guard, clean pool, clean common environments). For those who likes tranquility this region is paradise. It's not a region of hotels and stalls, it's houses and condominiums, so it's all very quiet. The village has no tent clutter, people with a sound box and turmoil. The sea is quiet and forms natural pools often at low tide, it is great to enjoy with children.

We had very good days in the cottage of Débora. One of the best spots is both the indoor environment and the chalet balcony are wide and well ventilated, close to the swimming pool and beach access. The stay was great! Very thoughtful host!

My stay was excellent, we had no problem, super organized and clean apartment, good decoration. Mr. Milton always available. The beach in front is great for bathing and hiking. My children loved it, we even added one day to our stay. However, you need to have a car to reach other beaches, restaurants and markets. Nothing too far away, 20 minutes is in the center of Serra Grande. The condominium itself needs painting and maintenance, but the apartment and the beach make up. I'll come back other times.

Pleasant place, helpful and kind host. The apartment is simple but comfortable. The place is quiet, great for family. And the beach is beautiful.

Marcilene and John are wonderful guests, always willing to help us and recommend things around the city. The house is impeccable, exactly as in the pictures and description. The location is great, 1 minute walking from the beach of Concha and about 5 minutes from the Center. I recommend the house!

Marcelo’s place was a lovely little cabin and they were very friendly and helpful. It was a drive to the city or beach, but if you like nature and don’t mind the drive it’s a good place for you.

He made sure we had everything we needed and very kindly drove us to beautiful places as we didn’t have a car. We had the best experience and couldn’t recommend their beautiful place more. Perfect location, beautiful terrace, a lot of privacy and great company.

We stayed for a month. The accommodation is very well located a few meters from the beach. The accommodation is well equipped but the amenities are old. I don't know how long it has been rented but a refresh of some amenities (pots for example) could be considered. The space is a little dark, it adds the advantage of not being too hot but it lacks natural light. If you come as a couple it's really good with the bed and the mosquito net (very convenient) but on the other hand at 4, the sofa is really not comfortable. We experimented with it to watch TV. The place is secure and the condominium is well maintained by Robson who is a very nice co-host and always happy to help you. You are far enough from the city center not to hear the noise but it is 15 mins walk.

Marcilene and John are wonderful hosts and we loved staying at their place. The house has everything we needed and the location is perfect! Thank you for everything!
