Everything very good, I already knew which building I wanted to be in, due to a nearby event, I went with a group that tbm located in the same building, everyone wanted to stay in mine due to the wonderful view.

We spent 5 days in this wonderful place, from check-in to super quiet check-out. The optimum location, on the edge of the central beach and the Ferris wheel, the building has convenience and everything for convenience. We're a Host always with a lot of agility to answer and answer questions. We'll be back for sure!

The very well-equipped apartment I did not miss anything and the building is beautiful, well worth the well worth pool area if we needed something had the market in the building, for those who are on foot the beach is a little distant but you can get away with Uber that is easy to pick up and is not a high value

Wonderful! Extremely clean flat, everything perfect, brand new and tasteful, a spectacle. We loved the stay, the view is a show apart, possibly one of the best views of Balneário, it's like you're in the movies, we loved it. The bed part also has a well-closed blackout and custom-made furniture. Patricia is very sweet and responds immediately when needed. The building has amenities such as an internal market, laundry, a mini cafeteria. Very close to the building there is a large market, pharmacy, super well located. We will be back.

Apartment with great location, where there is market, restaurant, pharmacy, etc., to walk, a few meters from the beach, Ferris wheel and the Molhe da Barra Norte, employees of the super helpful condominium. Without counting the view of the apartment, which is simply a spectacle apart, it is worth every penny, we intend to return.

The stay was great, the house is simple, the night is quiet to go out or rest, you can walk to the beach, the house is close to a super affordable restaurant, there are also bars and grocery stores nearby. Estopinha also loved it and was super nice in the house, which is all fenced in while I went to the beach. João and Hélder were attentive and solicitous from check-in to check-out.

Very comfortable, has everything needed for a comfortable accommodation. Full cooking utensils (pots, dishes, appliances). I already had a gallon of new and closed water, toilet paper in the bathrooms, hair dryer, products and cleaning supplies, various outlets available. Your Ambrosio is really nice and polite. It was worth the go!
