The house was perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own room, and there was plenty of space for us to hang out together over the weekend. She made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. I highly recommend staying here. We had 9 kids with ages ranging from 10-20 and they all had a great time, never complained about being bored. The house was big enough to where they could have their fun even when the adult needed to sleep. The house was very accommodating and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect.

The house was neat and as expected. Daniel agreed to host us with our dog at the last minute when our dog friendly Airbnb canceled 3 days before. We are local and needed to move out of our house for a couple weeks during a construction project. This area is quiet and convenient to restaurants and shopping and just a few streets from East Grand Rapids. Perfect if you are coming for an event at Calvin. You can walk from the house to campus.

This beautiful old house is a gem - it's as comfortable as your favorite pair of jeans. And the lakefront is just so special - clean, well kept, and inviting. We have been going for over 10 years and love it today as much as the first time we visited.

Absolutely perfect house for a large group. we rented for a a wedding party to stay at for the weekend. It was perfect size for all of us. Plenty of space for all 12 of us with everyone having their own bed! location of the house was perfect and very convenient. Thanks!

Quiet home, easy for us to get to and near the highway. We were able to get groceries delivered through Shipt without issue, and the kitchen was stocked well enough with pots, pans, and dishes to cook some meals. A basket of snacks was provided. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed, except we had to buy more dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher daily as only two were provided. With fall some beetles found a way into the house, but that is not too remarkable considering it was an old historic home. Our group of 6 had enough space. Communication was proactive and helpful. We had a wonderful visit and would stay again.

Simply put, this place is wonderful. We were able to have our meetings during the day, and then had ample beds for as many as wanted to stay overnight. Annette is simply one of the best hosts I have ever had at any rental, and I've done many, many of them! Rent with confidence and enjoy this incredible property!!

this was a great cozy little house. we really enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor fireplace. Far enough from town but still close. my husband and I enjoyed the local trails and pizza buffet. for sure a relaxing weekend.
