Holiday rentals with a patio in Ivins

wonderful vaca rental. Beds are 10 out of 10 with comfort. Pull out couch is awesome for movie nights. Unit is prime location within the complex, next to all ammenities, right outside your door. Very clean & organized, labels for convenience on switches. There is even a little binder with places & distance to visit plus other info about rental. kitchen has what you need plus main spices. Great location if you're visiting for the national & state parks. Chef Alfredo is a must for Italian food nearby. Felt right at home, and I would come back again and again. Thankyou for being such wonderful and engaging hosts!

Very nice and clean, easy access to both city and outdoor areas

This was my second time staying at one of Don & May's properties, and they are still the most phenominal hosts! The condo was very clean, extremely cozy, the bed and couches were very comfortable, and we really appreciated having a full stocked kitchen and bathroom! All we had to bring was clothes, food, and a toothbrush/toothpaste. Staying with Don & May makes traveling cross country so easy, and it's nice having such a comfortable place to come to after being out hiking around St. George all day. I will without a doubt continue to stay at their properties whenever I'm in the area.

The condo was great. The beds were comfy and the place was clean. It’s an older condo and is a little outdated but don’t let that sway your decision. Will stay again.

Clarissa's place was great. She has a helpful welcome binder, she was responsive when I had questions, the place was clean, and the beds comfortable. It seemed to be centrally located for everywhere we wanted to go, and the kids loved the pool and clubhouse activities.

Really enjoyed our stay! Gorgeous view from the patio of the city and the lovely red rocks. Perfect location for us to go hiking in Snow Canyon State Park, which was about a 15 drive.

We ended up having to cancel our trip due to weather and Vicki helped to get the cancellation processed and Airbnb support was so helpful!

Peaceful, beautiful scenery with trails and the river. My husband and I went for a little baby moon and my birthday and it’s just what we needed for a weekend getaway. Cheryl is very friendly and gave us great recommendations for things to do and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting outside in her backyard to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Her place had everything we needed to cook and the bed is comfy. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay! Close to a super fun family friendly park! Violette was amazing to work with from early information to check in and worked with us amazingly afterwards when we forgot something. Responded quickly and was always friendly.

We were so happy with our stay! The host was really responsive and thorough. The home was the perfect size for my husband and I and his parents. The living room was cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved having two seating areas outside, and this unit is super close to the pool. The area was close to things, but very peaceful! Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay at Scotie’s home. Beautiful view of the golf course and pond with the mountains in the backdrop. Everything was cozy and made us feel right at home. Will be coming back!

Eric’s place was a perfect jumping off point for hiking at Zion. The kitchen was easily one of the best stocked with cookware - even decent knives which is usually rare. The place is super close to a supermarket and good Indian and Mexican options.

I absolutely loved staying here. The location is PERFECT. It’s nice and safe. On top of that, it is very peaceful + serene in the mornings. I would highly recommend staying here!

5 STARS! We loved our stay here. It was very clean and felt like a home away from home. We loved having a kitchen to prepare a few home cooked meals, as well as the grill outside. It is also so nice to have a washer and dryer available during a soccer tournament weekend to do some laundry. The pool area has two pools, one was heated very nicely for February and the hot tubs were nice. We had two cars and the garage was clean and fit both of them (full size sedans). The beds were comfortable. We would love to stay again next time we're in the area.
