Holiday rentals with lake access in Ivö Lake

A charming, very personal and really nice house and property! We felt very comfortable. It was all there and felt really like a vacation in personal walls. The path to the lake, the surroundings and the 3 swimming spots were to our taste, natural, beautiful and romantic. Linda was very helpful, responded extraordinarily quickly, had great tips and was very understanding. Thanks a lot, full recommendation from us

Uri and Jerry live in the neighboring house, and were really friendly and welcoming - even with our very late arrival. We were kindly greeted on our way to the house, and inside the house there were lights, candles and fruit and sweets set out. Truly the best reception we have ever received with our other AirBnB hosts. The house is really Swedish - just like it should be. Really nicely decorated! The house is located in the woods close to the lake, but with a slightly busy main road in the backyard, which however did not bother us. We highly recommend the place and the host couple, and it's definitely going to the area again, then next time we'll be the same house we'll have. Great location - incredibly nice views directly on the lake🌲. The house is spacious - incredibly beautiful and tastefully decorated - with everything in modern amenities - good Wifi . We were two families with older children and girlfriends, here the house was perfect for 10-12 per. The kitchen was in the living room, and it had everything you needed in kitchenware, wine glasses, and delicious ceramics. There is a boat to borrow, and a nice firehouse on the grounds🔥 The nearest town is Älmhult, where there are several good flea markets, shopping opportunities and a huge IKEA. If you're looking for the perfect retreat, the house is a good bet - we'll be back 🤗

Spacious house out in the woods. We were 2 adults and 2 children, plenty of space for us and there could have also been a few more. The host responded quickly and helpfully to all questions. The forest is beautiful and quiet, many good opportunities for walking. We made a fire and twist bread, and also lit up in the fireplace, the host let us use his firewood. The kitchen was modern, neat, and functional. The garden around the house also pleasant.

I have to say I liked the accommodation, very simple and tidy. The apartment may not be directly on the water, but a 5-minute walk away is a beautiful lake for walking. Stefan always responded quickly and accurately if I wanted to know anything, he even took the time to sit and chat with me outside.

The four of us enjoyed our stay in the house. There is everything you need to spend some relaxing days there. Especially in the evening and in the morning, the view of the lake is beautiful, where we could also swim on the warm days. Sofie was very friendly with us and was happy to help us out.

I filled up very well in this simple and idyllically located cabin. I was able to take the bike to swim at the Tiken, take the sup to Ygden, take various bike rides and just sit on the terrace and enjoy!

We had a wonderful month at Monica's house. Monica and her husband were super hosts. They answered all of our questions right away. We even got local program offers, which we wouldn't have heard of in any other way. I can't think of a better host. The lake 100 meters from the house-with an illuminated road - was a fantastic surprise. We arrived with a puppy… we were able to walk with him not only in the garden, but also around the lake, and he loved the animals on the property. We had a great time. We are so grateful for everything. I hope we go back again.

I made the booking very late in the evening at the last minute. Sama was kind enough to arrange transport to and from the accommodation late at night and super early in the morning to and from the train station. She responded very fast and did not hesitate to help me out. If ever I'm stuck in Hässleholm again it's the first place I'll book. Her and her family's kindness is not what I'm used to in Sweden. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay!

Magical and beautiful place.

We felt welcome and right at home. The house is perfectly described, just a few steps away from the sea with lots of untouched wilderness around. Perfect for longs walks and to calm down. Everything you need is there. Anna-Lena and Fritte are super friendly and helpful people that you can ask if anything is needed. A big shopping mall is 5 minutes away and easy to find. We recommend the place to everyone who is looking for some peace and good air to calm down and forget about your everyday life, even in winter. Would love to come back in summer!
