Welcome to Rio Dulce! A river running from Lake Izabal to the Caribbean, in eastern Guatemala. The river itself is marvelous, with amazing flora, fauna and tall cliffs. In the area, there are many interesting sites, among them: Livingston, an interesting town populated by the Garifuna people. Our house is located in this paradise. It is inside a condo with security, near of San Felipe Castle. It has a swiming pool, it is fully equipped. It has capacity to accommodate up to 16 people.

This is a Wonderfull home for families and friends. It has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a complete kitchen, living room and dining room and thats not all it's inside a private condominium, it has a club house with a communal pool and a private beach. The lawn/garden area that surrounds the property is well maintained and large. It also has a parking space on the premises.
