My family had a fantastic experience staying at The Great Escape. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area and get around. Michaela was a fantastic host—very responsive and accommodating, ensuring that everything was set up for a comfortable stay. Beautiful house on the Lake !! We had a family get together for the week and this home was so perfect for our families. Great location. Peaceful. Gorgeous views. Beautiful house, inside and out. One of a few that had minimal stairs to the water, which was important to us! We will definitely be back!

Sandra’s place was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed to cook an amazing meal. The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Response time was quick. Everyone had a very nice and relaxing time. Will be one of our memorable Thanksgiving.

Nice visit to the Smokys. If you are seeking a nice stay about an hour from the action Irma’s place will not disappoint. Time of year made it challenging to stay closer. This was our longest stay without a washer and dryer, we learned for future reservations to consider all the amenities. Irma was gracious on handling some mis-haps that we corrected after our stay. Outside of the neighbors that felt the need to honk their horns to motivate their kids, the place is a nice stay.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed in Jodi's cabin. It has become home away from home. We return each year because of the condition of the cabin, location, amenities, and wonderful hospitality. It has been a great experience every time. Our family has created so many memories in this cabin! If you are considering booking this cabin, DO IT! You won't regret it!

This is the second time I rented this amazing home. It is a wonderful place to rent. The location is great, the neighborhood is lovely and the amenities of the home are fantastic. We LOVED the theater room, cooking on the grill and having a meal outside and the hot tub! The communication with the host is top tier and everything went very smooth checking in and out. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at our modern A-frame cabin and were impressed with how well Marcel incorporated such an abundance of amenities & conveniences so thoughtfully and compactly. From the fishing poles, hiking trails, kayak and paddleboards, fire pit, grill, playground, and comfy outdoor furniture for outdoor activities to new and clean appliances with stackable washer & dryer, board games, a very capable and clean kitchen area with helpful labels on the inside all made for a great way to easily enjoy your stay. Marcel was also very responsive, polite, professional, and easy to communicate with from the moment we booked. On top of all that, while we felt secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city where we stayed, there were plenty of stores (Target, Publix, Bucees) & great restaurants within a short drive's distance away. Would definitely stay here again on another visit to the Great Smoky Mountains!

Lovely Stay – Would Definitely Come Back! We truly enjoyed our stay—such a beautiful home that we didn’t want to leave. Three days wasn’t enough, so I recommend staying longer if possible! The home was clean and welcoming. I’m pretty detail-oriented when it comes to cleanliness, and while a little more deep cleaning could help, it was still very clean overall. A few small things to note: • The dishwasher wasn’t working due to a broken wheel and wouldn’t close. • The hot tub didn’t have chlorine tablets or the dispenser available and noticed a smell so we discontinued use. We later noticed the supplies were behind the fence on the ground, likely just missed during cleaning. • The home is pet-friendly, though it doesn’t smell like it yet. I’d suggest no animals to help preserve its current condition—it’s such a nice place. The pool was warm and perfect, and overall we had a great experience. We’d gladly return and hope it continues to be well maintained.

This cozy cabin was a perfect place to relax and get away for a few days. It was exactly as it appeared on the listing. We were greeted by Pam's dog, Max, immediately upon arrival. He is the sweetest boy!! The cabin was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and see. There is a very steep road to get to the cabins but Pam has set up a traffic light to ensure safety. The hot tub is extremely relaxing but you do have to walk around the cabin in order to get to it. This isn't a negative, just wanting to make sure everyone is aware. While soaking, you can enjoy the clear night sky surrounded by peace and quiet.

Stayed here for a weekend and loved it. The inside of the cabin was beautiful and exactly like pictured. Not far from grocery store so you're able to cook dinner and food options close by incase you just wanna go out and get something! Was during rod runs weekend and i thought it was very easy to get to even with traffic and a perfect stay for one of pigeon forge/sevierville's busiest weekends.

We got many hours of joy from the piano and the incredible screened in porch. We loved the tranquility and the birdsong. The new, blessedly deep bathtub and big shower were excellent. Also enjoyed reading a few of the great books! The place was not as clean as we had expected, and since we were staying for over a month we did a good bit of cleaning, so it may be better for the next folks. Updates to the kitchen and better pans would be nice. Be prepared that there are not a lot of restaurants or grocery options nearby. We planned ahead so that wasn’t an issue. For accessibility, be aware you will need to go up or down curved wooden stairs from the main level to get to any bathroom. Be careful not to slip on the steps.
