Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Jackson County

Could not be happier with my choice to stay here. Easy walk to the ski gondola and an included shuttle to town. Parking is included and easy. Very nice to have a separate bedroom for my high school son and myself and the kitchen allowed us to make breakfast each morning. Very clean and easy check-in/check-out instructions.

Lesley was a perfect host. Responsive, informative and friendly. The apartment is perfectly located near the bus stops servicing the ski slopes & the town. The hot tub was a real treat at the end of a long day skiing. The apartment was clean & cosy. We loved lighting the fire in the evening and settling down to cosy night in. Very quiet surroundings so felt refreshed the next day for an early start skiing. Would highly recommend.

Lana was very responsive and helpful. She’s very easy to reach and eager to help make the stay great. The only thing that could have been better was completely outside of Lana’s control - the Retreatia bus system needs some work. People across all Retreatia properties are never really sure when the bus will arrive or if it’s the on-call or “looping” shuttle. HIGHLY recommend scheduling all rides well ahead of time, and you may still have to wait 30-45 mins past your scheduled ride.

We loved staying here. The location is right on the bus route to Steamboat, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with usable tools (including a knife sharpener). The townhouse had space for skis, and a heater that worked wonders after a day on the slopes. It was perfect for our group of 4

I cannot give Melissa’s place enough stars! The location is amazing. The unit welcoming and felt like we were at home. So clean and comfortable. Melissa gave great dinner recommendations too! We will most definitely book next winter !

Nicole was fantastic. Super responsive. Such a great place to stay. My daughter and I loved being able to walk to the resort right across the street! We'll be back.

This place was wonderful. it has a great view and location with only a short walk to the bus. The home amenities were great and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom has built in soap and shampoo which have everything very easy and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. we lived the comfortable couches and fireplace. The place ever hada boot dryer and dog dishes already set out and plenty of lighting throughout to make the stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

True ski-out/ski-in, although the ski-out is best for experienced skiers since it’s long-ish and steep - fun way to start your ski day. The bathroom was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy, and the hot springs shuttle picked us up at our doorstep.

Incredible spot! Hidden gem. I’ve visited Steamboat twice now and the town and skiing is amazing. Jean and her home was also a delight. Incredible views of the night skiing and cabin home was incredible for my large group, had everything I hoped and went beyond the description.

Tasha was the perfect host, their home is beautiful, warm/cozy, easy to get to,. This home was perfect for the 4 of us and our sled gear. We would love to stay again!

Had another great stay at Spruce Nest. Hope to return again soon. Cozy house in a great neighborhood. Very close to downtown Steamboat and a 10 minute drive to the mountain. Perfect for our needs. Tom makes sure you have everything you need.

We had an amazing stay at Deb & Barry's home in Steamboat! The house was perfect for our needs - walkable to a shuttle that drops you off for skiing, beautiful views, spacious and comfortable rooms, and plenty of areas to socialize with friends and family. This house felt like a portal to the past where winter sports were less commercialized and more about having fun with the people around you. Deb & Barry treated us like family friends and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best trip possible.

Charlie and Cassie’s place was perfect for our grandparents/young family gathering. Located in historic Old Town, it’s an easy and fun walk to the Main Street (Lincoln) with restaurants, shops, and the town’s ski hill while just a couple blocks from a large park with trails, creek and off leash area. Cassie and Charlie have completely remodeled the home and it has lovely original features (exposed brick, some original floors and windows) with new living room, huge kitchen/dining area, three bathrooms, and a lovely garden room. Everything was spotless and the kitchen well stocked; baby gear including a high chair and port-a-crib were much appreciated. Cassie & Charlie’s place was perfect for all of us (including the family pup) and we hope to return.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’re coming back in two weeks. We love it. The location is fantastic- close to shops and restaurants, with a super easy shuttle to the mountain. The house itself is beautiful and works well for two families. There are separate hanging-out areas but the kitchen is big enough for everyone to gather together. Check-in and check-out are seamless and Erik is super responsive. We love it!

We had a Wonderful stay at Kaela & James’ place in Steamboat. Spectacular Host’s. Check-in was easy and informative. Kaela was quickly responsive if we had any questions. She gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants. House is in a great location near downtown. We ended up walking downtown quite a bit. Short distance, easy walk even during the winter with lots of snow outside. House was cozy, beds are extremely comfortable. Fabulous Kitchen had everything we needed and more. If you like to cook this is a great place to stay. It was nice to have options for coffee in the am and Tea’s at night. loved that there is a mudroom for our shoes jackets and Gear. Checkout was well described, few simple tasks. We really loved our experience staying at Steamboat Sojourn. Kaela & James are spectacular host’s.

This was our second time staying at Ross's place. Same as last time, Ross was very responsive, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. We cooked there most nights, so it's nice to see some new cookware and other kitchen items. There's just about anything you'd need now. Just bring your own staples, spices, oil, etc. because not much is provided beyond salt, pepper and coffee. The location is ideal. It's a doable walk to the gondola (not recommended in ski boots) and the green and orange bus lines stop right in front of the complex so you can get anywhere easily. The excellent hot tub is just a few steps outside the unit. All in all, another great stay with Ross!

We had a wonderful time staying at Andrew’s condo. Ideal location and perfect size for a family of 4. Ski-in and out access worked out well. He also made check in and out process very easy.

We had a fabulous 5 night stay at this gorgeous condo. The location is awesome, with beautiful views of the slopes and mountains, walkable to the slopes and the village, and there's a path to ski right back to the building! The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated, the king bed so comfortable (I want that mattress!), the kitchen made it easy for us to make most of our meals at home, and we appreciated the ski locker just down the hall from the condo where we could store all our wet and snowy gear. Robert the host was responsive and attentive. We hope to return to this wonderful condo!

The condo was very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable! I loved that it was well stocked with supplies, i.e. spices, wraps, etc. The washer/ dryer was a plus. We didn’t use the fireplace but wood was provided, which was nice. Brie was extremely fast to respond to questions and minor issues, and cheated immediately. The close proximity to bus stop was great, grocery and restaurants were very close. If you go into town, highly recommend Salt and Lime, and The Back Door Grill has great Burgers!

We were very satisfied with Megan's condo. It's roomy with a great eat in kitchen as well as a table that allows you to see the TV and fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and the bedroom/bathroom accommodations were excellent. Two parking spots were key to our travel group. The bus stop was a block away but we actually walked to the gondola each day. The space was quiet and felt remote and that we were in a single family home. Motion detector lights help with the stairwell and front door. We would definitely recommend this condo and would rent again.

Exceptional host and communication throughout our stay. All amenities are exactly as listed. A well appointed condo including all kitchen and bath supplies, including plenty of spices in the kitchen and plenty of plush towels and nice linens for beds with extra pillows and blankets. A quiet area and easy access to the slopes - we loved the free shuttle and right out the back entrance of unit. We did walk one day from the slopes as we missed the shuttle due to late apres ski at the mt base. Remember to check shuttle schedule last pickup is 4:45pm. Happy to see a heated pool and the spa was also convenient and close to our unit. A most enjoyable stay in Steamboat and we all really enjoyed the condo and close proximity to the slopes and village at mt base. Plenty of bars and food close by but most of restaurants are a drive or uber into town. Thanks Colleen for your guidance and suggestions during our stay!

My friends and I had a great time in Steamboat. The place was larger than expected and in a great location. We didn't have a chance to check out the amenities while we were there, but from drive-by they looked nice! Nicole was very responsive and provided detailed information for ease of check-in/out. I would reserve again for future visits.
