Peaceful Southern Charm has great views. An abundance of space with a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, dishwasher, small countertop convection oven and coffee. Southern Charm is fabulous for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 6 PERSON MAXIMUM. There are a total of 3 large rooms and a spacious bathroom. This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV & Apple TV box and kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill).
