Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Jacksonville Beach

This place is amazing! I have stayed in many Airbnb's around Jacksonville, and I can honestly say, this is one of my favorites! Michael, Kimberly, and their team are incredible hosts! The house is beautiful, the beds are comfy, and the kitchen is awesome! Before reserving, I had noticed the comment below regarding the towels, pots and pans, no sponge or laundry detergent, well I can confirm that the team got all of those items as they were there for our trip. Seriously, this place truly felt like a home away from home and I only pray we have the opportunity to stay there again and again and again! Thank you for the care you have put into this home.

Katie was an excellent host and was always responsive, even to concerns that surfaced later in the evening. She was responsive and always provided friendly and clear communication. The house was in great condition and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Eric's place was great for my family for our trip. I was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, comfortable and a great value. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. One thing to note (this didn't impact us in anyway, but may bother others) there is not a tv in one of the bedrooms. I am just noting this as it may be a big point for some. The property is a great value for the price. We would stay at Eric's place if it was available the next time we are in the area.

The house was perfect for us. Close to beach and great places to eat. Best sleep we had our whole vacation. Super relaxing. Beautiful house. Could stay forever.

We enjoyed Natalie’s place for Christmas. It was picture perfect! It has everything you need and more. Cottontail Manor is just as described! The neighborhood is quiet and the house immaculate. Everything we could possibly need was provided and more. We look forward to staying here again. Natalie is a gracious host!

Loved this house!! The place was cozy and clean. We enjoyed the friendly outdoor cats, the view from the dock, fishing and bird watching. The home was relaxing and we cannot wait to return in warmer weather to enjoy the pool and kayaks!

Beautiful new building. Very close (less than 1 mile) to shopping and restaurants and WaWa gas and convenience store. Easy to get to I95 and all connected highways. Very clean unit and comfortable bed. Did not have time to use the complexes amenities. Would recommend to family and friends.

Great spacious 2/1 home with nice modern upgrades. If you want Central San Marco with walking distance to San Marco square and views of the St John’s River and beautiful sunsets- this is your place. Master bedroom very spacious with TV (that does not appear in photos)… Also one of the coziest beds I’ve stayed in! Casey very responsive. Would highly recommend.

We loved the apartment! It is gorgeous! You’re 5 mins from everything downtown. You can walk to coffee shops, restaurants & breweries! The bed is super comfy with fluffy pillows. It’s quiet after 10pm, and everyone is respectful. We loved it and will be back next year!

Nakita’s place felt like home. I would definitely stay again. It was conveniently located to Jacksonville naval base and many restaurants.

I’m not one to complain if I see something small, but I must say- this place was a 10/10. I even told my wife that I was not ready to go home because I felt at home. The furniture is of comfort. They provide everything you need plus more! The snacks that are provided was the icing on the cake and very thoughtful! You are 5 min from down town and 5 min from riverside! We will be back and we will make sure this is the place we book god willing!

Great place for my daughter and I!! She had to do a training before college move in at UNF! Loved having a kitchen I was able to make dinner for a few of her friends that she hadn’t seen all summer. 15 mins from the school and town center: Great place pools were nice and cool as well didn’t feel like bath water

Angela’s home is stunning! Beautiful garden with pool, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels for both bath and pool which is important to me! She puts so much thought into making her guests stay the most comfortable it can be. Prompt communication as well. Avondale is a darling community with plenty of amazing shops and restaurants all walkable from Angela’s home. There’s even an amazing park for the kids too. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying again in the future.
