Have fun with the whole family at this freshly renovated and 5 star accommodations! Condo is on the 3rd floor with a private balcony with views of the beach and pier. Perfect spot for sunrise coffee. New Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertop, new cookware, bakeware, coffee maker and air fryer. Comfy king bed in main suite and queen bed for the additional bedroom, each with their own tv and bathroom. Condo has year-round hot tubs and seasonal pool or enjoy a meal at the onsite restaurant.

The ospreys love this place as much as we do. A thirty second walk to the beach with stunning sound views and breathtaking sunsets. Large decks with plenty of seating to enjoy the sea breeze. Just a few houses down the neighborhood features a dock perfect for launching a fishing kayak or SUP into the sound, or to a peaceful cup of coffee. At the end of a cul-de-sac and only 200 yards from public access to the beach. Quiet end of the island. 2 bed/2.5 bath with 4 total beds and the couch is long enough to sleep another. Fantastic outdoor patio on the main floor to sit and watch the sunset. Half mile to a great little market for coffee in the morning and an indoor/outdoor bar in the evenings. 10 different restaurants within 12 driving minutes from Sandy Land.

The whole place to yourself Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Perfect for a couples get away escape , its a hip mid 80s single that’s been updated a bit . Located about a mile from the base of the Surf City bridge , easily get to the beach by back route use the included bikes and bike to local restaurants, bars , and stores ). Private fenced patio , sun bathing area . Peaceful and quiet !
