Beach apartment holiday rentals in Jaco

Great place! Close to San Jose. Beautiful apartment, very clean and organized, also ver well equipped. Amazing location; beach front.

Perfect location. We didn’t rent a car, but everything we wanted was very close. I was worried about being so close to the pool, but it was quiet enough. This was a VERY spacious condo, and we loved having three 1/2 baths. If we come back to Jaco, we’ll rent here again.

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

Leonardo’s place is a ground floor corner suite right near the beach. Watching the sunsets from the suite’s patio was stunning. The suite is well equipped and a 1 minute wall to the beach. The complex is well secure and very safe. We loved it here and highly recommend it. David and Arlene Alexander

My friends and i stayed here for a Bach trip! It was absolutely perfect! They did have all little ants on the walls, tables, bathrooms, however I believe it’s cause of the area we’re in. Didn’t bother us much. Everything else was perfect! Exactly the way the pictures are shown! Pool was perfect! Relaxing! After the pool, it leads you straight to the beach! Upon returning to the pool area from the beach they have showers for your body to remove the sand! Everything is pretty close and walking distance, Uber is pretty cheap and cost at max like $6 . It was amazing! We felt pretty safe because it is a gated community!! Overall our stay was amazing!

We really enjoyed the condo! The location, the pool, and the views were incredible. It was close to the beach, it felt very safe, was walking distance to many restaurants and a little grocery store. The hosts are very responsive and gave many good recommendations for activities, transportation and restaurants. We hope to visit again!

The place is beautiful, very central, private and safe. Close to restaurants and the beach. The place was very clean, well kept. Better than the pictures. 100% recommended.

We had such a wonderful time at Jorge’s condominium! We decided to use this as a base for Manuel Antonio Park, as it is only 45 minutes to 1 hour away from the Park. We feel that we got the best of both worlds, as.Bejuco is much less commercialized, yet has some wonderful places to eat (make sure to check out Don Toro’s Beach Restaurant). Moreover, the condominium is very spacious and well appointed, and you feel as if you have the beach completely to yourself.

I’ve been going to Jaco for very year for the last 8 years. This was the first time that I stayed at Costa Linda this was a great complex. Armando’s place was great two bathrooms I only needed one since I was solo but lots of space can easily accommodate 4 people. I cook so I had everything I needed there. If you are swimmers the pool is amazing it has a full 25m side to do laps. This will be to first place that I will check if it is available on my next trip to Jaco.

The place is very nice, the spaces are very nice, very safe, the pleasant people. The beautiful house is very nice to spend time as a family.

Our stay at casa Jaguar (casa amor) was lovely, the rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, however if you love to cook, the utensils missing that you might have to pack will be scratcher, tongs… pans are ok; but they are not steel, just tefal.. the best way to transport is definitely by golf cart, where you can park close to Playa Blanca and go out for dinner at Arenas restaurant or ice cream at Pops…Johnny is extremely excellent host, he will make sure you have a great stay! Thanks casa amor for a lovely stay.

Chad and his team at Monaco went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He sent a carpenter over to install shower bars for my mom so she wouldn’t slip the day we arrived; that’s an amazing host. Thank you so much, Chad!

Great views with plenty of room for the crew. All amenities were in working order. It is a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, stores and banks. Maid service is not included but I found it not to be necessary because Brittany provided plenty of extra blankets, sheets and towels. Overall a 5 star experience and I can’t wait to return.

The Condos as Los Suenos are a very comfortable stay. This condo in particular is decorated and outfitted well, and it made me feel like I was staying at my grandfathers in Florida, which was a welcomed vibe as I live in Costa Rica now. The grounds are enormous and expansive, like a whole village. It was a bit confusing to navigate without direction or a map but simple enough. There were many restaurants that delivered to the condo like room service which was great and the marina and shops were lovely. The condo has access to a pool area they call a beach club, it’s a 5 minute drive from the condo itself located next to the hotel. It’s a bit confusing what you do and don’t have access to staying on the grounds. To use the hotel amenities you need to buy a day pass but the day we were there they were sold out. It’s a lovely condo. Very expensive for Costa Rica, they charge that much for Los Suenos community amenities.

We loved the beach facing property for the view and also primarily because it was well maintained. We would love to come back to this place again.
