Beach apartment holiday rentals in Jaco

Our little family loved our time at this place. The proximity to the beach and the property itself was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at Diamante Del So. It was perfect location to the town within 1 block was everything you could ever need. We loved the pool and enjoyed the pecans private property. The guards and staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

Absolutely has it all! We cannot think of how anything could have suited our needs better!! Eric's unit has a bigger deck than most, gorgeous sunsets, sandwiched between the beautiful rainforest to the left and palm tree beach to the right. A community of McCaws gathered daily in the trees in our view and down by the beach. There is an amazing rainforest hike 2 blocks to the right of the front door, and the beach is 2 blocks to the left. Peaceful and relaxing beach with great waves for all, horses, many delicious restaurants walking distance along the shore. Miro Mountain hike over looks Jaco & was a daily delight that nobody should miss. If you google the history, along the trail you can find & walk through the ruins of an unfinished mansion built into the mountain side with glorious local graffiti/art. We saw monkeys, toucans, tree frogs daily. Hike on & you will get to a road that overlooks Jaco & Hermosa, true treasure! Also a fav, Jaco has GREAT Pickleball!! Pura Pickleball!

This place is an amazing condo, well furnished, 5th floor with amazing views of the sunset absolutely breathtaking. Completely satisfied with the stay in this magnificent place, Juan Pablo was extraordinary and very helpful, excellent service. The space was cozy and well equipped with plates utensils, pots and coffee machine, which made us feel at home. I do have to warn the guest it is a VERY PRIVATE place high security, and everyone needs an access code to get in including the cab drivers and food deliveries. The way to get a code was through the host which was easy for us because he was always available to help. when we order pizza the young man at the security booth helped us get it deliver. my suggestion is buy want you need before getting to the condo. The cab drivers charge alot. it is 7 miles from the entrance to the top where the condo is located about a 20min drive. the beach is walking distance but a bit of a hike. Condo is well worth it :-)

Staying in Jacó was amazing! The hosts were very responsive and had amazing recommendations. The excursions were super easy to book with help from the host. The place was nice and cozy and looked just like the pictures.

Really nice place, with the best stocked kitchen I've had in 5 trips to Jacó. It's pretty far from the main part of town though. Be prepared to walk a while if you don't have a car.

We really enjoyed Jeff's place from the start. It was very nice and a great place to relax by the pool. When it was time to go fishing, it could not be more convenient. I hope to comeback next year. Thank you Jeff, you're a great host.

We loved the location; it was very close to the center. The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The condo was amazing and peaceful, and we really enjoyed the pool! We had a great time and will definitely return to this place.

It was a stop on our way back to the airport and it was perfect. The self check-in is easy and the place is clean and really safe. Good A.C and a nice pool. Close to the Main Street and many good restaurants and little shops.

Had a great time at the Los Suenos resort. The condo was very nice, clean and updated. The location is great, it's walking distance to the resorts "beach club" and the Marina/Shopping area. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Chad and his team at Monaco went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He sent a carpenter over to install shower bars for my mom so she wouldn’t slip the day we arrived; that’s an amazing host. Thank you so much, Chad!

Great views with plenty of room for the crew. All amenities were in working order. It is a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, stores and banks. Maid service is not included but I found it not to be necessary because Brittany provided plenty of extra blankets, sheets and towels. Overall a 5 star experience and I can’t wait to return.

We had a fantastic stay at Damien’s condo in Jacó! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo had everything we needed, and the pool was a great bonus. Damien was a great host—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!
