An extremely quiet stay, all the issues Mr Wellington were resolved very quickly, both he and the co-host were very helpful and quick. I highly recommend!!

My stay was simply exceptional! From the first contact, the Host demonstrated a care and attention to detail that made all the difference in the experience. Communication was always clear, fluid and agile, which brought a lot of tranquility throughout the stay. The space is extremely comfortable, well equipped and very well taken care of, reflecting all the affection and dedication of Ângela. The impeccable cleaning and the organization of the environment made everything even more enjoyable. In addition, the location is excellent, providing safety and tranquility, essential aspects for those looking for a worry-free stay. Without a doubt, this is one of the accommodations I want to return in the future. The combination of comfort, hospitality and great communication make all the difference. Vanessa was a excellent host. We were told all right about the stay. The Neighborhood is super quiet. It was very nice to stay there . We love the stay. Thank God there was nothing to discredit the stay. Excellent. I hope to return.

Our stay was wonderful, the space met all our expectations, very clean, comfortable, wonderful pool. Kátia very friendly and responded very quickly to answer some questions. Me and my family spent days with great tranquility around nature and birds. We close our vacation with fully recharged energies.

Nice and beautiful place with a game table and plenty of space. Great rooms and enough bathrooms. Equipped kitchen and barbecue and wood oven. To improve, you can leave bed items there (you must carry a blanket, pillow, etc.) The swimming pool has solar heating but it does not work. Domingo was a full day of strong sun, but the water coming out of ice... the swimming pool did not bother to come to see what the problem would be.

We loved the accommodation, impeccable cleaning, including with regard to household utensils and toilets. The location is excellent 8 minutes drive from the center of Serra Negra, very quiet and green area, the super quiet neighbors. When we need help, we were promptly served by the hostess, very kindly and quickly. We will definitely return.

I liked it a lot, simple but very clean and organized place, great landscapes, swimming pool, pembolin games, lawn to play ball, space for pets to play, and very quiet place, a lot of peace. I hope to come back with more time.

The house is great! Exactly as advertised. Very clean, with all the kitchen utensils, linens, towels. We took our doguinhos who loved the space, all walled, which made us very quiet to enjoy without worrying about possible leaks. The host was very friendly and flexible. We had a great weekend with the family. Undoubtedly recommend.

The Super Kind Hosts! The house is wonderful, everything you need. It is so cozy that you can feel that your home to those who take a pet can rest easy because the whole space is closed without the risk of running away. I loved the house a place, everything!!! Delicious stay... quiet place... beautiful countryside... for those who like quiet... it's the ideal place ❤️ We were very well received by Heloísa (mother of Karina)... a super gentle and sweet person...The house a delight... impeccable cleaning... organized... kitchen equipped with all the utensils needed to cook...or prepare snacks... new furniture... new home❤️ smell... barbecue... big table... refrigerator... sink... everything very organized and clean... the pool is wonderful... clean water....and because it is air-conditioned (solar heating)... the water was always with pleasant temperature... the whole property is surrounded... which gave us the most tranquility...because we took our Shitzu...and she can be loose ...the will... Another thing that was very good for us....was Karina to make the time of entry and exit more flexible...as we were only the fds...it helped us to make the most of the stay. I warmly thank Karina...and Heloísa for their attention and affection.

This is the second time that I have stayed at the farm, the first I went in the winter and took a cold period out of normal, I promised to return in the summer, and this time everything was even more wonderful, the farm is perfect, there is everything and a little, Dona Jacira leaves everything an earring, when you arrive you already feel a clean smell, all tidy, it is impeccable. We went into 3 families and enjoyed many, wonderful pool, quiet environment, we took our pets and stayed in peace, as the place is all closed. It was perfect days, my friends loved it, we already want to arrange a new stay. Dona Jacira and husband are to be congratulated, they left everything in the smallest detail prepared for our stay to be more than perfect. I intend to return soon, it's already one of my favourite places.

Taina is an extremely helpful and attentive host. She responded to messages quickly and gave many helpful tips. My family and I were surprised by the size of the house! In the photos, it is not possible to measure the dimensions of the house! The rooms are large and the house is extremely airy. However, I would like to suggest some improvements in relation to kitchen appliances. As we stayed for 4 days, we missed some basic items for everyday life, such as coffee cups and a suitable container to heat water. We also had a small nuisance with the bathroom soap holder, which was slippery, making it difficult to use and causing us to leave the hygiene items on the floor. In addition, as it is a leisure area with barbecue, we miss sockets and a place to wash our hands, which would make the use of the area more practical. Overall we had an excellent experience and super recommend!

We love our weekend at Collin's house, he's a sweetheart and has catered us wonderfully well, super flexible! The house is delicious, cozy, condo we already knew and it's very nice and beautiful! All air-conditioned suite rooms, in addition to being Themed, kids love it. Surely we'll be back😃

The house is very clean and well-equipped, we only spent one weekend, but it has structure for those who want to spend many days. The host David is very attentive, he helped us with everything we need. I highly recommend it.

The house is delicious, well-organized, tasty garden, large rooms. The heated pool is a plus. I received all the support for the questions I had and the needs that arose. My family has enjoyed the days a lot, whether in the pizza and barbecue area - yes, we use both - as in the delicious table in front of the kitchen. In the external area of the house, there is total privacy, being possible to see only the green that surrounds the entire area. Still, in a few minutes there is a market and all necessary structure. Maria Carolina was very helpful with the information I requested and Carla helped us all the time and put everything in order. Voltaria, for sure.

People, the house was a love, wanted to live there! The space is like a hotel/inn with some houses, but all very independent and private, and with their specificity. Ours had swimming pool and mobile barbecue, we enjoyed them every day!!! The house is impeccable, a beautiful decoration with everything clean and fragrant. Everything is pet friendly, we went with my dog and saw that the other houses also had their pets. I think it's well suited for couples, but for families too, as the hotel had a soccer court and a shared pool, in addition to the houses. Thanks Tomas, everything was perfect and I intend to come back!

Spotless atmosphere, super cozy The very clean house, full kitchen appliances, sofa and comfortable bed. It provides great quality bed and bath linen. Martha is very receptive, polite and with the main purpose of making you feel at home and comfortable. We won a basket with some breakfast items, complimentary wine and at check out we even had a toast. With ctz we will be back soon and we recommend it.
