This space is small, but does have a sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom, and private fenced yard perfect for watching Folly Beach stroll by. Maximum occupancy is 2 at all times, additional guests are not allowed. The unit is a totally private area with no access to shared space, inside or outside. It is rented out less than 72 days per year.

Comfortable beach house, tastefully decorated on the West end of the island with large deck overlooking the ocean. The short sandy beach path is right out the front door. The home has ocean views and peaks of the river to the rear. You can view both sunrises and sunsets on Folly Beach because the Island runs East/West. 9 blocks from the vibrant , eclectic center of town is where you'll find locally owned cafes, restaurants, stores, bars and the pier.

There is an outdoor deck that overlooks the marsh and has beautiful sunset views.
