A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

Everything about this home was perfect for our family of four that loves the Bay. Peaceful, amazing views, well stocked, comfortable, private pier with kayaks, a zillion movie and game choices, close to NNK towns. The hot tub was a bonus. By the end of the weekend we wanted to move in! And the next door pup Bella was the sweetest. Thank you, we will be back for sure!

Our family of 5 adults, 1 child and an infant had a lovely Thanksgiving visit to Karina's house in Scotland. The house was very spacious and comfortable for all. Our 5-yr old granddaughter was especially thrilled with 'her' room -- nicely decorated and quite suitable for her age. The other bedrooms had great mattresses (relatively new?) and the linens were all good quality. The kitchen had most of the items you'd need to make a big dinner and even bake. The location was very quiet and given the time of year, a peaceful retreat to simply enjoy the view of Tanner Creek. All in all it was a great spot for a family holiday gathering.

We had a wonderful stay at Hutch's Bluff - the house was cozy, clean, and the perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway. We will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future to enjoy the amazing views. Thanks to John and Mary Beth for sharing their beautiful home!

Beautiful spot. We were there for Thanksgiving, so no time on/in the water, so can’t comment on that. Loved time in the hot tub, walking around, time outside with the kids. Had everything we needed and more!

What a little piece of heaven. The Crab Shack sits right on the water with beautiful views across the water and even more beautiful sunrises. The house is as pictured and amenities are as described. It is clean and very comfortable. Carlisle is a great host! He was quick to reach out prior to our arrival with “pro-tips” for our stay and to let us know he was a phone call away if we needed anything. We were in town for a very short stay and (in February) the weather was, of course, chilly. I cannot wait to return in warm weather and sit on that porch all day long. Highly recommended.

We stayed the week of New Year's day and found Joyce and Eric's home to be a perfect distance from Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Additionally, we enjoyed the view and serenity of the lake to take the edge off from the crowded parks. It is a perfect retreat for relaxation and I was able to take so many landscape and nature pictures. There are 2 docks and a great assortment of kayaks to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this place for any season of the year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, the space was immaculately clean, and we had everything we needed to feel right at home. Can only highly recommend Anne’s spot. It would be our pleasure to visit again in the future.

This was my second stay at Renee’s cottage. It was as peaceful as I remembered. My husband and I had such a relaxing time, walking the dog and enjoying the wildlife, lounging in the overstuffed couches, and drinking our coffee on the screened in porch. One of our favorite places to stay.

This is the second time we stayed at this home as a family get together. It had everything we needed. It is a peaceful place to stay. The beds are comfortable and the place was clean.

I loved my stay at this lake house! The location is beautiful and offers a private retreat from the hustle and bustle of city living. The host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this airbnb for a couple or solo retreat!

Want to get away? This retreat defines that. I am assuming for the winter months, only a handful of people are here. The dock and water were inviting but chilly for February. We brought all our food so we just chilled and took a long walk along the roads. This is the place to read a book, clear your minds, just unwind.

A.J. And Lindsey’s place was beautiful. The place was just as described in picture’s. We were looking to disconnect and we got just that. We loved the decks, the fire pit was a super plus, the furniture was carefully selected and well placed. Another big one was that I didn’t have to remember my password for Netflix! We were able to take a lovely hike at Westmoreland state park with our dear furry son combining a couple of them got to experience trees and fossil beach. Overall a wonderful experience and would certainly recommend their place. Thanks for hosting us!

We really enjoyed The Pickle cabin. It was all we needed for a peaceful night with our pup. It's out in the country and we loved the quiet.

Very cozy cabin for a couples retreat. Very clean, well decorated, and has all the creature comforts of home. Host lives on other side of driveway parking lot and is very responsive. Host's cat, Mittens is very friendly and will greet you on arrival. He may also try to join you in the cabin even though the host doesn't allow him or other pets in the cabin.

Very quiet relaxing and had everything you needed for a good time to relax or to set a bonfire and watch the sunset.

We had a great stay for my daughter’s 9th birthday and went to nearby Calvert Cliffs State Park to find fossils and the Marine Museum on Solomon’s Island. We loved the swing and 2 living spaces and the beautiful view! Playing games and reading next to the lovely fireplace was also so nice!

Shane was an amazing host. Everything was pristine when we arrived. Check in was a breeze, the directions were perfect, everything was as advertised. The lake is absolutely beautiful and the views were spectacular. We spent the whole day outside and the cabin was super cozy and comfortable after a long day. We already can’t wait to come back.

This was our family's second time here. It's hard to find a place that can accommodate a large group, including a couple seniors with special needs and two young kids. We were lucky to have snow, so had a great time playing in the very large backyard. The kitchen is well stocked, so did all our own cooking and we barely had to leave the house. We hope to be back again soon!

Caleb and family, we will be back. our oldest Daughter works outside Smithfield in the Horse industry and this was a perfect spot for is to have a great Thanksgiving holiday getaway!
