Cozy Cottage was built in 1929. Remodeled inside with antique accents throughout. Two large bedrooms with walk-in closets. Walk through the small apple orchard and enjoy the deer herd that walks through in the morning and evening. Relaxing and Fun!

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
