Villa holiday rentals in Jersey Shore

The only downfall was we couldnt stay longer !!!! If i knew then what i know now definitely would have booked more days. More than perfect for our family of 5!

This place is lovely! The host is responsive and helpful. The hot tub is a real plus - with the outdoor heater on, we enjoyed using it even though it was sleeting outside (too stormy to try the beautiful fire pit). The house and location are beautiful and spotless. The furnishings are luxe and comfortable. Awkward eating space options - no dining table or large kitchen table. It was unexpected that some of the listed beds are sofas and sofa beds in common rooms, including some of the only beds available when you have booked it for fewer guests. (The larger of two bedrooms and second bathroom are a second locked space that I was glad to access.) It may fit as many people as they listed if everyone shares beds, but not all privately or in actual bedrooms. If I'd had all eight single adult guests, like I paid for, the sleeping and dinner arrangements would have been more problematic. As it happened, overall a great, cozy experience despite unexpected bad weather.

This place was just amazing very very clean I was so happy and so was my daughter it was a surprise for her she was so happy she cried with joy and my mother in law she shared pictures to the family back home I'm very impressed and will be staying again keep up the excellent hospitality thanks a bunch Juanita E ...

The house was perfect for my friends and I! Great location and within a short walking distance to the beach. We also really appreciated the coffee and breakfast buffet in the morning!

Lazy River was very welcoming and made it easy to check in. The place was extremely beautiful and near the boardwalk, as well as a parking spot which was very convenient. Overall such an excellent stay, would 100% recommend Lazy River’s Rental! Thank you all!

David and his wife are easily the best hosts I’ve ever had to communicate during a booking on AIRBNB. David, from beginning to end, was very communicative and made my stay very easy. The property was BEAUTIFUL, and everything that was offered on the listing, was exactly what we received! We loved our stay and would easily rebook this trip over again. Whether you are looking for a quick stay or a long one, this listing, I would recommend for sure!

I booked this place for my friends and I for the weekend beach trip. The house is super clean and comfortable. You have everything you possibly think you need even sunscreen cream. The host is very considerate. Location is good too, only 10 min to ocean city, cape may is half hour away. We have such a fun weekend. Hopefully i can come here next summer!

Alice did a great job making us feel comfortable. The home has a wonderful view of the NY skyline and the accommodations were impeccable.

A lovely home! Perfect for my family and exactly what I wanted. Close to the beach but so calm and peaceful in the home. Lots of space inside and very relaxing. I would absolutely recommend.

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

This place had everything we needed for a fun friend getaway. plenty of space and lots of kitchen stuff. byo shower gel/shampoo, but everything else you'd need was there

Nice, clean pool, private backyard with outside shower. Inside, plenty of room for the 8 of us and with 2 living rooms, there's separation with the kids if you need it. The house was clean, free of any kind of bugs, plenty of hot water on demand with a great kitchen, dining area. Everything was in working order with plenty of plates and glasses and tv's in every room. We would definitely return.

Emilys place was the perfect stay for a girls weekend! She had everything needed for the beach and pool! Would highly recommend staying at Emily’s place for a quiet beach weekend

The home was very clean and well decorated. We especially enjoyed the backyard for our pups. They had a ton of fun running around and it was private. Sitting in the family room there are several windows and you have a great view of the mountains. We even saw a bear run across the road!

This was our 3rd time in DE, but our first at the Coastal Club. It was definitely our favorite place! The home was beautiful and felt like our “home away from home.”It was also close to the pool. The location was close to nearby restaurants & the board walk was easy to get to! We can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay at this airbnb. The house is beautifully decorated and so spacious! The kitchen has every utensil and cooking item one might need and plenty of room to store grocery items for the week. Everything was clean and well taken care of. There were a few things that might be helpful for potential renters to be aware of. First, the property is not in a resort type setting, its in a community where people actually live. The amenities are great but they have an extra cost that you can pay daily or weekly. Linens and towels are not included but can be rented. The house is posted by a rental company and they do communicate outside of airbnb. I received multiple texts and calls from the office and reached out to Steve, through airbnb, to make sure it wasn't a scam but never received an answer. It felt very scam-like but its how they do things. If communication was better and they would keep everything in Airbnb this would be the perfect stay!Overall we really enjoyed our visit

We stayed here for a week in August. Me, my wife, and 10 year old son. Keyless check in was a breeze. The place was very clean and spacious. We loved the open layout, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, place was nicely furnished. The owners were really thoughtful in making this home feel welcoming. Easy drive to Lewes beach (about 16 min) or Rehoboth beach (about 20-25 minutes depending on beach traffic). We didn’t try any of the community amenities but great to know they were there. We look forward to staying here again! Highly recommend!

Steve’s place was everything we expected/hoped for and more! Exceptionally clean and well kept. Location was perfect to restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery store, and more.

Gerald was great, exactly what we were expecting as we were in town for a baseball tournament.
