We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Maihom’s property. From start to finish, the hospitality was exceptional. The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was incredible, making it feel like a home away from home. Maihom was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Their communication was clear and timely, which made our entire stay stress-free and enjoyable. We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

My family and I booked a short holiday here and it was great. The place was clean and all the tech items were amazing. Massage chairs, a TV, beautiful lighting and great bathroom amenities. Would recommend anyone to come visit. It was big and clean too. Thank you so much!

The apartment was as pictured and described and was a really nice, relaxed environment. It was within walking distance of the city centre, but far enough that it was quiet. If we visit Birmingham again, I'll be looking up this place to stay.

The property was very clean, spacious and well laid out, each bedroom was accommodating, the living room was well laid out and comfortable. Easy check in with an easy to use lockbox and host sent instructions with plenty of time which was clear and easy to use. Location is ideal for anyone visiting NEC with local shops not too far away. Property was easy to keep warm and plenty of windows to keep property cool if it was required
