Beautiful place, impeccable backyard landscaping, wonderful pool, cinema view, quiet and safe beach. The homemade Ironildo is extremely helpful and polite. We had the privilege of relying on Sandra to help us with the kitchen, which was great too. The house is old but completely functional. Airy, with working air conditioning and everything for a very comfortable stay. In addition to the pool, there is also a canvas slide with a water pump that the children loved. We drink coconut water from the backyard, eat jambo from the backyard and take advantage of the outside area for coexistence and meals.

Henrique is an odd host, made us feel at home. The desire to return already reigns around here. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the condominium is super comfortable! We were in 3 adults and 2 children, and the apartment served us perfectly.

Me and my family stayed in the apartment of Isabela. Large apto, clean,organized and accommodated very well 7 people. The complex is wonderful , safe very complete with a beautiful view. Excellent location. It is in front and easy to access. We like it very much. Isabela is a sweetheart. Apto nota 10 obg.

The location of the apartment is away from the center, about 12km, but we rented a car, so it wasn't a problem for us. But this is what we love, the place is quiet, the beach is quiet, the condominium where the apartment stays is excellent, everything is very clean and always organized. The infrastructure of the condominium is excellent, a great place for those who want to rest. The only problem we had in the apartment was with the fridge, as it wasn't freezing, but he said he would have to thaw, we didn't have time, but in the condominium there's an ice machine and in the cooler apartment, so we always had cold drinks on the beach. There are many household utensils, for those who want to cook it is great. It really felt like home, it's worth it, an excellent condominium for those with a child, would definitely come back.

I loved the stay , Mrs. Anne very proactive, available, flexible.... The apartment of the way that was described there was nothing missing an optimized and cozy space, not to mention that it was practically a jump from the beach, boardwalk....You can book it worthwhile you will not regret. Great accommodation in a prime area of João Pessoa, close to bakeries, restaurants and well connected to Manaíra, Tambaú and Cabo Branco. Spacious, comfortable, fitted kitchen, good bed and shower. Tranquil neighborhood. João was very attentive and always helped. It was worth it!

The apartment is satisfying and has everything needed for a good stay. A positive point is cable TV in the living room, with several cool channels — ideal for relaxing after the beach. The curious (and funny) detail is that the host only asked when we were leaving. Mau arrived and he already wanted to know when he was leaving. Ah another important point is that the apartment is far from the bustling waterfront, it is in front of the beach but in a quieter location away from the bars.

My stay in the Luxor João Paulo Miranda Building, in João Pessoa, was excellent! The two-bedroom apartment, with well-equipped kitchen, spacious and cozy living room, perfectly met my expectations. Everything was very clean and organized, which made my experience even more comfortable. The location of the building is strategic, close to beaches, restaurants and shops, making it very easy to stay. In addition, the pool in the condominium was a differential, providing moments of leisure and relaxation. Host was attentive and helpful, always available to answer questions and ensure a smooth stay. I recommend to those looking for a well located place, comfortable and with great amenities in João Pessoa!

Wonderful apartment befitting the photos, clean, great location, close to restaurants, markets and shops. I highly recommend it and will be back more often.

The Stay was super smooth, the host is super considerate. The apartment is super tidy and clean, the only thing that didn't work was the microwave and didn't have an iron. The building itself is very well located, only the pool that was not clean on the days of our stay, we arrived on Monday and left on Thursday in the morning and we did not shower in the pool because it was dirty every day of our stay, which is not the host's fault. I highly recommend it, it is very worth it.
