Extremely peaceful and welcoming place with an oversized green garden. The place is just out of Tallin but it has a countryside retreat vibe. In-house sauna is awesome.

Thank you for a great stay! The place is very nice, clean and welcoming - just like the photos and description. The kitchen is well equipped, taking away the typical worries, “do we need to take this or that?” The hot barrel was warm upon our arrival which was super pleasant. Although we stayed just one night, it already felt relaxing. We are coming back for sure in summer :)

10/10 ; 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Loved it. This home is adorable, charming and so much fun to stay in. The price was completely affordable. I enjoyed being able to light a fire in the fireplace to add to the experience. All amenities were as listed and it’s super easy to access all the museums in town. Silvia provided very clear instructions on how to find the place and how to access it. I wish I could have stayed longer. There is three flights on stairs inside that should be noted, plus a bumpy path for access. Silvia also reached out prior to my arrival to let me know about some roof construction that was going to occur. It ended up being a problem as the work started later in the day & she was kind enough to provide a discount for the hassle. Thank you! I highly recommend!

This is an amazing house. We stayed there with 2 small kids and the house has everything you need! crib,high chair, toys and a wonderful garden we loved the place and the comunication with the host was always great ! thank you for everything ❤️

The place was spacious and clean with a responsive host and very easy access. I would definitely recommend this if you are staying in Tallinn but are looking for a more private and quiet place to stay.

We spent amazing 3 weeks in this house and fully enjoyed this 🤩 The house is clean, spacious with all necessary equipment. There is convenient parking near the house under the roof. Location is in cozy area with parks and supermarkets nearby. Mart is very hospitable and friendly, several times during our stay , he saved us from the snow with his snow tractor when there was heavy snowfall. Definitely we recommend to visit 👌

Jarkko is a friendly and responsive communicator. He was very accommodating in meeting our family’s needs and addressing a minor problem that arose. The place was spotless with well stocked items to make our living and cooking here pleasant. We loved the coded entry system which made keeping track of keys obsolete - very convenient with the comings and goings of multiple family members. Congratulations to Jarkko for selecting possibly the best location in Tallinn for visitors. Easy, walking distance to so much: museums, harbor side, old town and the vibrant happenings in Kalamaja!

I had a great stay at Hanne’s place with my wife and 18-month-old son. The flat was clean and warm, and just the right size for our little family. Hanne is a very responsive host and gave us plenty of recommendations for things to do, and she supplied a cot and high chair for our little one. The tram stop is a short walk away, giving easy access into the old town. Highly recommended!

Apartment with attention to detail, warm and super comfortable, comfortable bed, balcony with an evocative view. The apartment is both close to the Old Town and a large Shopping Center. Merje is a kind and accurate host.

My stay at Ma’s place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Ma was an excellent host—very accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at Cozy Stay. Everything was exactly as stated in the listing. The apartment is facing the courtyard, so it was very quiet and you had a nice view of the courtyard. The wifi was very good and everything was clean and modern. In the kitchen there were dishes for parts 4-6 people and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was also very good as you were only a few minutes walk from the Bussijaam and other stops. The tram takes you to the city in less than 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this apartment!

Very thorough info & instructions provided for the area and accommodation. Easily accessible to transport, but also a very walkable area with grocery, cafes and restaurants nearby. Clean apartment with a good assortment of amenities, especially for the price (and location). Highly recommend

The flat was clean and properly restocked with all the essentials. The kitchen was very easy to use. The neighborhood is nice and safe, not that there is much to worry about in Tallinn. There was an elevator in the building, dodgy is the best word to describe the elevator, but it never failed.. My favorite thing about the flat was the layout. I've stayed in several AirBnB's across town, and I've visited people in a few others. This one is different from others in that the layout is centered on a communal room. It provides a different feel from most of the other places in town, and I really liked it.

I had another great stay at Ivo's. Everything went smoothly. The check-in is very easy, the place is nice and cosy making you feel at home. The neighborhood is really quiet, with several restaurants and super-market options nearby. And Ivo was very responsive and proactive.

The place was exactly as pictured. Very clean and spacious! Beds were very comfortable. The host was very quick at responding to messages and very polite. If I visit Tallinn again I would be sure to book again!

An absolute gem! We had a lovely autumn staycation as a couple at Anastasia's and Philip's listing. A beautiful apartment with fantastic amenities, pristine and stylish. Check-in was easy and flexible, Lidia the property manager was waiting for us with the keys even though we were quite late to arrive. The tram and bus stop were a short walk away from the apartment, easy to catch when visiting Tallinn central or other trendy neighbourhoods around town. We truly found no faults at all with this stay, thank you again for your hospitality!❤️

Cozy place with a great location

The place is great and has an excellent price-quality ratio. The entrance is somewhat complex, but they are always attentive to respond quickly. I 100% recommend this place. It has good views (it is above a mall) and is also in the best location you can imagine: a short walk from the historic center and a short walk from the nautical terminal. Greetings!
