We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home and will definitely return. We were greeted with a snack upon our arrival, which we enjoyed with a bottle of wine on the private deck. Laurie prepared a fabulous breakfast the next day. Clean, cozy, comfortable and beautiful Horseneck Beach nearby - highly recommend!

My family went for a long weekend. We had a great trip. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful view, all the amenities offered, the comfortable beds. We found a lot to do in the area and a lot of great restaurants near by. The neighborhood was quiet and in walking distance of a breakfast place and a lunch/dinner place which was also nice. If ever in that area again i would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family weekend at Debbie and Leon's place. Everything was as expected from the description and communication we had with them. The layout of the house was absolutely perfect for a family gathering of our size (6 adults and 6 children) so there was plenty of space to spread out AND gather together. The house was exceptionally clean and ready for us with everything we needed and Debbie and Leon were wonderfully attentive. We'll be back!!

Angelas house was perfect for the 4 adults who stayed there. Comfortable couches and beds. Kitchen has beautiful stove and lots of utensils. Just a short walk to the beach with great views and amazing sunsets. We would stay here again on our next trip.

Juan and Alby were gracious hosts. Our previous rental was cancelled and they were very cooperative in getting our reservation solidified with our 3 day window for our family. I have stayed in quite a few Airbnbs over the past 15 years, but this location was super clean, organized and within reach of all the Newport. Thanks again Juan and Alby, if we could go over 5 stars, we would. Thanks again!

For a historic building, the place is maintained exceptionally well. The rooms are all newly renovated, spacious and clean. However, because it is an old building, some squeaks in the floor and pipes are inevitable. Especially for the bedroom on the first floor, there will be constant noises from the heater and pipes. But, other than that, the place is beautiful and we generally enjoyed our stay!

Great location within walking distance to restaurants, playground and ocean. House was ideal for our family get-together! - Lots of toys for the grandkids, big back yard with fire pit and chair swing, nice sized bedrooms and baths. Katie was very responsive to our questions/needs and provided great recommendations for restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to get away from the city and enjoy a quiet Thanks Giving with family. The view was amazing with its amber and red autumn leaves. It could have been straight out of a Norman Rockwell painting with a moving train in the distance. I can only imagine how this beautiful view changes with every season. We would have loved to use the spacious deck in the back but the brisk weather did not permit. Our host was available when needed with great suggestions of local restaurants for vegans as well as meat and seafood lovers. The cook in the family found every pot and pan needed for creating a wonderful Seaside Thanks Giving Dinner. There were easily accessible shopping and grocery stores in the area. This comfortable hideaway is only minutes from the airport for anyone who would like to fly in for a weekend retreat. rest assured we will be back.
