Practical and fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment for up to 8 persons. The apartment is located at old Kiruna Centrum, close to grocery store and 400 m from the restaurant Ripan. It is about 3,5 km to new Kiruna Centrum and it takes 15 minutes by bus there. The house is about 2 km from the Loussavaarabacken, an excellent place to see the northern lights on. Distance from the railway station to the apartment is 2.2 km. Matojärvi ice rink is 500 meters Free parking included. Bed linen, towels, Wifi is included in the price.

Newly-renovated apartment in Kiruna

Welcome to our cozy home! The bedrooms offer full sized double beds. In the combined kitchen and living room there is dishwasher, fridge and freezer, induction cooktop, microwave and a cozy dining area. The accommodation is best suited for 4 people, but if you are more, there is also a sofa bed for more sleeping places. In the living room is a 55” smart TV. The accommodation is located close to the bus stop and grocery store, walking distance to both new and old Kiruna Centrum as well as parking outside the house.

A great place to view the Northern Lights Sep to April and Midnight sun in June. We can provide information for snowmobile and dog sledge tours. Great for photography with particularly good light. Nordic skiing equipment free to use on trails round the village.(Provided we have your size). Warm clothing available if needed. Restaurant will open14/6/22-13/08/22 10am-6pm daily. Nyrenoverad lägenhet med närhet till skidbackar, skidspår, restaurang och mindre affär. Lägenheten är ett plan, 62,5 kvm fördelat på kök och vardagsrum, 3 sovrum, badrum samt utrymme med dusch och bastu. Här får 5-6 personer plats. Liftkort, skoteruthyrning och mycket annat som Kåbdalis Skidliftar erbjuder finns inom promenadavstånd. Vi öppnar upp datum allt eftersom - är det något datum ni önskar hyra men som inte är bokningsbart så kan det vara möjligt att hyra ändå, skriv och fråga!

Ett enkelt boende nära naturområden och pistade, upplysta skidspår. Passar de som vill bo själva, sova i bekväma sängar och kunna värma lite mat. Boendet består av en sovdel, kök och toalett. Dusch finns några rum bort. I köket finns två kokplattor (ingen ugn), mikrougn och kylskåp (du får inte steka mat då det saknas fläkt) husgeråd, matbord, stolar, soffa och TV (svenska kanaler). I sovrummet finns fyra bekväma sängar, garderob och byrå. Mobilt wifi, lakan, handdukar och parkering ingår.

Dina värd - Elisabeth med familj bor i huset. På 250m avstånd finns en matvarubutik, COOP, med generösa öppettider. Huset ligger nära gamla centrum. Butikerna från centrum har flyttats gemensamt och har nyöppnats den 1 september 2022, och befinner sig ca 3 km österut. Busshållplats finns på 350m avstånd, vid sporthallen - vilket är det enklaste sättet att ta sig till det nya centrumet. Vill du ta en trevlig promenad till nya centrum, så tar det ca 45 minuter.
